To be Copenhagen is not extremely expensive, even if the reviews I read before booking raised somehow our expectations. Credit card machine didn't work and additionally they apply a 3,75% that wasn´t pointed out at the moment of making the reservation. |

We had a very comfortable, large bedroom that was nicely decorated and the breakfast that was included in the price of the room was very good. Overall it was excellent value for money. |

rooms were nice and fairly comfortable, tv was good with excellent channel selection, bathroom was clean and well equiped room tended to be quite stuffy with inneficient methods to address this problem, i.e. air conditioning |

Breakfast and staff. Extra cost for the baby bed. Lack of minibar. Must take stairs before entering the elevator = difficult with baby trolleys. Extra charge for paying with Visa (possibly everywhere in Denmark). |

The staff was very helpful in assisting us with our lost luggage issue. They also were very helpful in explaining why our VISA card was giving us difficulty and with bicycling directions for our bicycle tour of Denmark. Also, very important to us was their willingness to secure our bicycles (brought from the USA) and to store a duffel for our return stay a month later. We are not sure how fair it is to compare Copenhagen with other cities (we had heard about how expensive Denmark is) but the hotel seemed a bit more expensive than something comparable in other major cities. |

The location was very central to points of interest without being in the noisy, low value area. Walkable to downtown. The breakfast included is very, very good. It is quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Internet access not included - had to pay extra. |
