The location was very central to points of interest without being in the noisy, low value area. Walkable to downtown. The breakfast included is very, very good. It is quiet and clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Internet access not included - had to pay extra. |

Price was reasonable. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel; could use a make-up and some re-decoration. Some rooms have windows towards an interior garden which is shared with other apartments, and there is a small child in one of them who keeps you awake till 2 AM. |

It was not easy to find a room on one of the days of our stay but this hotel had a triple room for 2 persons available for dkk3135 for 3 nights.Having paid for a triple room we were given a double room which was very small but newly decorated, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very tiny. The triple rooms were somewhat bigger. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The credit card surcharge and room downgrade. |

The ability to leave the luggage before check in and after checking out as this was very necessary due to early/late flights |

Good situation in Copenhagen but peaceful and quiet. Good value for money. Room a bit small and a lack of a small fridge. Needed because of limited services. |

A quiet hotel where room service was efficient yet unobtrusive. The buffet breakfast had a variety of choices. The location of the hotel just 10 minutes from the centre of the city on foot was also good. |

I liked the bed, the breakfast and the room near the reception. The shower gel, the fact that there wasn't a hair dryer in the room. |

The pillows and the doona. I was only there for a late night overnight stopover enroute somewhere else, so I cannot be too critical. However, the room was small, it had only a single bed, the shower (which was only surrounded by a shower curtain) overflowed and flooded the rest of the bathroom. |

It was close to all the main tourest sites. The breakfast was very good. The staff spoke perfect English and was standing by ready to help. It was a bit noisey during the day because there was construction going on in the next courtyard, not the hotels fault but still annoying. The rooms were a bit small. I know in downtown Copenhagen it was expected. I was very pleased with the overall stay and recommend it to all who want a good price hotel near all the tourist sites in Copenhagen. My children stayed free, it was cramped but for the money it was worth it. |
