Frontdesk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and ok. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast was just ok, not much to choose from. When I asked if they could make me an omelet, the answer was a straight big NO.

Location: close to the ferry check-in. Luxurious (but at a price). Excellent facilities. The staff is friendly but professional. The room had a slight, nasty smell coming from the shower drain.

Restaurant was good and standard of food was great. Very convenient for the ferry which we boarded the next day. A bit too basic with little in the way of atmosphere.

Staff very friendly , everything organized and perfect. Also swimming pool and gym is great for not so good weather days. Fridge in room is always great which did not have , although could still arrange to be chilled in other ways with reception so no big issue.

Very close to ferry terminal . we cam ein from Norway and were parked within 2 mins of leaving the ferry. Location is not in the town. Large and rather souless

Location for crossings with ferries is ideal. Breakfast is fair Rooms outdated / poorly maintained (mold in bathroom and overall cleaning disappointing.)

It's nice and quiet, and the food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are spacious, but they could be made a little more 'lively' and modern. The beds could also be replaced with more comfortable ones. The TV also needs an update...

Kjempefint at vi fikk hotellrommet kl.10.30, spesielt siden vi hadde reist natten før og skulle sjekke ut tidlig avreisedagen (kl.07.00) Gav beskjed om hårføner som ikke virket, men dette ble ikke rettet på. Ingen stor sak.

Onvriendelijke ontvangst. Bij het douchen komt de hele badkamer blank te staan en moet je met lieslaarzen naar het toilet waden. Kamer veel te warm terwijl de verwarming uit is.

Stora utrymmen med möjlighet att sitta lite diskret. Trevlig personal i receptionen. Stora rum. Jag tyckte frukostbuffen var direkt dålig med tomma fat och juicebehållare. Och att blanda scramble eggs med små korvar förstår jag inte vitsen med.

vroeg en goed ontbijt (vanwege in checken veerdienst) Gebouw is zeer gehorig; midden in de nacht deed receptie geen moeite om langdurige en zeer harde muziek op een van de hotelkamers te beeindigen. In de ochtend bleek vooral desinteresse bij het personeel.
