Nice hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is far from the center, buses are rare, so if you don't have car or bike, there is a problem to go anywhere.

I have stayed here before and like the ease of being able to park directly in front of my door. The walk in shower is nice, the room was warm on a cold winter night. The buffet breakfast is always fresh and plentiful, The staff maintain it very well. The internet worked perfectly and quickly. I especially like the friendliness of the staff members, Laere and Erika who always remember me and greet me nicely.

I do not like having to pay a fee to the hotel for using an international credit card.

The wifi-connection didn't work at all in the room. We mentioned it to the staff after the first night and they promised to have it fixed, but the second night it didn't work either...

This is a Motel. Very functional lay-out, lots of space, big bathroom, everything worked! Even the WiFi! When traveling by car, Motels make a lot of sense!

You need to take your car, if you want a decent meal in the pretty town.

Good base for visiting Copenhagen. Rooms were big - there was plenty of room in use. My sons liked jacuzzi :). Breakfast was good and all servics worked well. Danish tecnical museum near, less than 300 meters.

Window and terace room handsets were broken. Separate invoice about water usage. Location was in industrial area.

Great rooms and motel parking. clean and well maintained. Good position for exploring Helsingor and countryside and few minutes from station and buses for trips into Copenhagen. Good breakfast.

This was our second year of staying at this hotel. We were on our way to Sweden having travelled by car through France, Germany etc. Will definitely stay here again. The choice of having a meal at the hotel is very welcome. Basic food but good anyway.

Good logistic when traveling to Sweden from continental Europe

Good value for money, free Wi-Fi but I found the signal poor in my room location and often dropped out so not really a hotel that you can work in your room. I did not eat at the hotel as I was provided by the company I was visiting but the breakfast looked nice - abuffet. Receptionist spoke perfect English and was very pleasant and welcoming which is important. I recommend this hotel but be aware it is a chalet type not conventional type which I quite liked.

The internet connection was poor around room 109 area at the farthest location from reception. The walls are not well sound proof to next door rooms.

Convenient for dogs, exellent breakfast buffet. Good value for money.

This is a motel not a hotel !! Ok if you have a car.

I was running late and still 4 hours away, when they called me to ask if I was going to arrive. When confirmed they arranged to leave a key for me to gain access. Hotel is more of a motel, with parking outside your room. Room was clean and warm, bed comfortable. Breakfast buffet substantial. Free wi Fi. Good location to catch ferry to Sweden. Would return
