Very good position for visiting the city, both the old centre of Copenhagen, with the cathedral, Tivoli and the Radhus, and the Nivhan zone, with the canals and its tipical reataurant and the monumental street to the royal palace and the little marmaid. Very clean, very kind staff, wireless in the hall and a good breakfast even if not so cheap. Very good at the end. |

We liked the location, few minutes walk from nyhawn and stroget and by the canal. We loved the bed very very much, though it was small we slept like babies those two nights. The prices were resonable both mini bar and the room charge. So in all, we would definitely choose it again. |

The friendly, very helpful staff, the wonderfully quiet fair sized room and the location right by the water and close to Nyhavn/city. The breakfast area seemed cramped and dark. |

Hotel was fairly well located with walking distance to main shopping area and some of the other attractions.. Hotel services were at good level; staff was in general friendly and helpful. Breakfast was conveniently organized with good selection of dishes to choose from. All in all good value for 3-star hotel. |

Great location. Cleaning service is perfect. Cosy but very small room. There is no air conditioner / ventilation in room at all. No kettle / coffe machine / microwave. Always wet inside mini-bar. Some room's windows looks into back street with silent but permanent noise. Ground floor rooms haven't window blinds. Hotel every day freeze money for breakfast from credit card even if you have a booking without it. |

It was well situated: for the Metro, restaurants, sight-seeing & shopping. The staff was efficient and the breakfast very good. Although efficient, the staff was not particularly friendly. There was very little room to move around in the rooms. |

The position is very central and in easy walking distance of most famous sights. The water-boat tour was excellent and easy. Also the open-top bus tours is a very good way to see the city. Everything was excellent |

Decorated with beautiful paintings and navy atmosphere, situation along the canal, for 3 nights offered a canal-trip for free, quiet room. The room is a little, no parking (very expensive to park in Copenhague), the ventilation in bathroom doesn't work. |

This hotel ticked all the boxes, it was clean ,tidy, helpful staff and reasonably well located for city sight seeing. Our deal included free tickets for canal/harbour tour. Bedroom walls rather thin!!Breakfast ended at 10 am and staff meant 10am. Buffet cleared on the dot. |
