The look of the hotel is nice. The rooms are situated in a kind of 'villa style' buildings. The bathroom is modern. They have a good bar, but some music would have been nice.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Good English as well! Diner is good, but it is not too much. I was rather hungry, and then the portions are little bit small. Quality is superb, quantity OK.

The hotel layout (and the explanation about where to find your room) was very unclear. I had to drag my wheelie suitcase across a gravel car park in the dark to try and find my room, only to have to go back to reception to ask for clearer directions to where my room was. They had 2 different restaurant menus (for "him" and for "her", although they gave me both, which didn't make any sense!) but there was not a single vegetarian option on either menu.

Working with lego, I've been to Billund many times. Normally I stay at the Zzzleep as it is very convenient for the airport. No more! A bar, great (if expensive) restaurant and amazing breakfast. And you can leave your window ajar at night without the 05.30 jet plane wake up call ;)

The room was quite comfortable, full and free internet access, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included in the price for the foom. The restaurant was over-prized and pretentious; food was 'fancy' without any plain options being offered, and in view of the level of ambition and prices the preparation was not impressive.

Close to the Billund Airport. Needed to get to very early flight. Hotel had fabulous new flatscreen tv, spectacular shower, and most of all super comfortable and clean bed linens. Great coffee/espresso maker as well. Staff very courteous.

The hotel is fine - but beware of the very expensive restaurant. There were no vegetarian options on the menu. On asking we were offered pasta with ketchup as a vegetarian children's option.

Staff is extremely competent, nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Television remote control did not work. Could not change from the opening channel which is a slide show about the hotel. The restaurant is very expensive.
