No, a pesar de haver pernoctat sis dies, ens van donar una habitacio al primer pis amb molt de soroll. Les cortines de la habitacio deixaven passar massa llum del carrer. |

It was right in the centre of town therefore easily could walk to anything you wanted, shops, pubs, sight seeing etc. |

Very good location. Helpful staff. Felt safe. The room we had did not go out to the street so it was very quiet and particularly liked the bathroom.The breakfast buffet was very nice. |

Exceptional breakfast room, good and responsive staff, and small but comfortable rooms. Excellent hotel except for proximity to intermittant town Square noises (usually early evening) and a noisy disco in the rear. The street rooms are preferable because of the music from the disco. We stayed twice during the same trip. The staff tried to give us the least noisy room. I would book it again except for the noise. |

their front desk colleagues are very friendly and efficient. the check-in adn check-out processes were quick and smooth. the hotel is also conveniently located. the lifts are odd and not very user friendly |

The beds were very comfortable, modern bathrooms and good breakfast I had made a request when booking for twin beds but this had been overlooked, however we were moved the next day. The bedroom floor could have been cleaner. |

The location is right next to the Tivoli and railway station, and an easy walk to all major attractions. |

The Square is very cental.The railway station is 5 minuts walk away,bus station was across the road.They also had a luggage room that could be used if you wished.The staff at the Square were always there if you need help or advice. |

Position was very central and still no noise. There was no help offered with luggage (arrival and check-out). Sheets were not changed during 5 days stay. No safe in room. |

Right in the centre of town with easy access to all attractions, very comfortable if not a bit expensive. Great breakfast on the 6th floor. On the main road so was noisy in the mornings. |

The hotel is very central and accessible - the location could hardly be better for access to shopping, museums, palaces etc. and the railway station is very close for places further away. Rooms comfortable and lifts (we were on the sixht - top - floor) worked well and caused little delay. I was not happy about the scaffolding which was erected in the "courtyard" to the full height of the building during our stay - apparently to do work on the windows. We asked for a quiet room and were given one facing inwards but were not warned of this impending work - which had not started but the scaffolding was in place outside our window the day before we left. |
