Not far from the center and walking streets, as well as from the railway station. No wifi in the rooms, cable internet only; I found a long hair on the floor of my bathroom - for me it is sensitive; there was a strange noise - as if it was a mouse in the ventilation; everyday the same food was served for breakfast; when booked (about 2 months in advanced) I asked a room with a view to the city, but the hotel totally ignored my ask and gave me the smallest room with a view to the wall; my room was not ready at 12 PM and I was asked to come back "as late as possible"; and FINALLY that was the first hotel I've ever visited which CHARGED MONEY FOR A DENTAL KIT. |

Not a great deal - see next comments A hotel which is trying very hard to be modern with a boutique feel. Other than for business travellers or people requiring a short city break it's not a recommendation for families or older people. The food was very average, the rooms very small, the reception staff disorganized and the overall price for the stay fell a long way short of being value for money. |

The hotel personel were very helpful and understanding. We had an instant upgrade due to noise. The larger rooms were comfortable and beds great if you have a bad back. The noise level is high opposite the town hall and i would recomend ear plugs for light sleepers. Otherwise the stay was great |

It was really close to Stroget and Tivoli gardens... Perfect location! The rooms were extremely small and expensive for what you get! |

The location is really good, just near the central station (about 3 min walk). But the staff is not that helpful. Since I am allergic to smoke, I specifically stated that I need a non-smoking room when booking a room. However, when I arrive at the hotel, the staff gave me a smoking room and said that although I asked for a non-smoking room, they can not give it to me unless I pay extra DDK 200 (per night)! Well....if the hotel don't have the non-smoking room at the rate I paid for, the hotel should inform me when I was booking! Since hotels around that area are mostly fully booked during my travel and since I do not have extra budget to upgrade to non-smoking room, I had to stay in the smoking room. The smell was really bad! |

The location is excellent and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was also great. When we checked in the member of staff was rude and unfriendly. I also had to wait until 4.00pm until someone made up our room. When I called to complain, the excuse I was given was that "lots of people are checking out". Well, that's not really my problem and surely you should be looking after your existing guests as much as your new ones.... |

The Square is a perfectly placed hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. Walking distance from all major attractions and the shopping street. The shower is bad. |

The location is perfect within a short reach to all key areas. Very close to the railway station. Good value for money. Recommend it to all coming to cph for a few days either for business or leisure. Service was ok like in any other business type hotel. The personnel could have been a bit more friendly :) |

Excellent location at the heart of Copenhagen. Extremely helpful staff. Well designed hotel, with attractive roms and public spaces. Breakfast was a confused process, with few staff around to help. |

The location was good, right in the center and close to everything. The staff are not polite at all. They were also not helpful, and really were not willing to help. The lady at the reception lied about not being allowed to get in the system at all, because it was forbidden at that time of day, (to see availability of our room at checkin time since it was 4 in the morning). Since we got upset I insisted and then she said that all of a sudden she could get in. They also let my husband sleep at the reception couch because we couldnt check in our room, even though we called and they confirmed before that the time we were arriving was not a problem at all.. Overall the staff were horrible. |

Location is superb near the city hall where tour buses depart and arrive. Rooms are small but not smaller than most of budget hotels in europe. Lobby waiting lines are long most of time. |
