Nicely furnished rooms, if small, but this seems to be standard across Scandinavia. Very helpful staff at front desk provided excellent restaurant recommendations. |

I absolutely liked most everything about The Square as it served as a perfect location and place to explore the beautiful city of Copenhagen from. One staff member even booked my partner and I for a new years eve meal in the lovely Nyhaven area as most restaurants were booked out and we ended up having great celebrations. Definitely recommend. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic Really little niggly things like the bath towels were a bit too small, and no kettle to make tea or coffee after getting in - but on the whole not things that should make you not want to go there! |

The location is excellent, just next to the Radhustorget (city square) and the Stroget shopping street, and the breakfast buffet is also very good. |

We especially liked the staff at the hotel - they were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well designed and the breakfast delicious. The neighbouring nightclub played very loud music until 5.30 on Sunday morning. Earplugs would have been useful! |

We stayed at The Square with our 1 year old son. The staff was friendly and welcoming to children. The room was big enough for our son to play and they even had a baby cot set up for him when we arrived. The Square is in a great location for sight seeing and a quick walk from the train station. |

Great location. Close walk to Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens and main shopping street. About 15-20min walk to Nyhavn area and about 30 min walk to Little Mermaid. Also close to hot dog stands! Although not advertised, would have been nice if there were tea/coffee facilities in room. And being Copenhagen, quite pricey but expected. |

location to city centre was good hotel is next to a pub and a night club and right on main road so very noisy. Room functional without frills and more akin to a holiday inn express and therefore would not regard as 4 star. There were no draws for clothes and limited storage areas for this star rating. This was with an upgrade from standard to executive. Would not stay there again |

There was fleas in my bed. Outrageous for a 4 * hotel. All the reception said was to apologise and change the room. No word from the manager to enquire whether I was allright and apologise. I have now hundreds of bites on my body and I have been itching all week. |
