la posizione, molto centrale, comoda con il collegamento della navetta areoporto stazione centrale, l' arredo molto curato nei dettagli e di design moderno, senza problemi hanno offerto un upgrade, dandomi una camera executive allo stesso prezzo di quella prenotata |

La sua posizione molto centrale. La scortesia degli addetti alla reception. Inizialmente era stata smarrita una valigia e solo dopo molte proteste e richieste una signorina ha deciso di guardare in uno stanzino adiacente la hall dove è stata ritrovata. La camera matrimoniale con il letto aggiunto era molto piccola e il letto non si apriva sufficientemente perchè urtava contro il mobile bar. All'arrivo nelle quattro camere prenotate era prevista una bottiglia di champagne ma solo in due è stata recapitata. Nelle altre due è stata portata solo la sera precedente la partenza . Dulcis in fundo, In una delle stanze un'imposta era rotta e nonostante le richieste non è stata aggiustata. Tutto ciò nonostante l'hotel sia un quattro * per le quali è adegiato solo per gli importi. |

Posizione strategica per l'accesso a tutte le zone interessanti della citta' Mi hanno presentato un conto difforme da quella che era la mia prenotazione fatta con l'offerta di Booking e ho dovuto farmi riaccreditare il surplus fatturatomi (non poco, 2100 DK). Io avevo prenotato un'offerta "3 notti al prezzo di due" e evidentemente l'hotel non lo sapeva,bisognerebbe migliorare la comunicazione. |

Comfortable room, good standard, good location Having free wireless internet in the rooms would encourage business travellers to return to this hotel, and would fit the general standard of what they are offering. |

location to city centre was good hotel is next to a pub and a night club and right on main road so very noisy. Room functional without frills and more akin to a holiday inn express and therefore would not regard as 4 star. There were no draws for clothes and limited storage areas for this star rating. This was with an upgrade from standard to executive. Would not stay there again |

There was fleas in my bed. Outrageous for a 4 * hotel. All the reception said was to apologise and change the room. No word from the manager to enquire whether I was allright and apologise. I have now hundreds of bites on my body and I have been itching all week. |

The location was great--close to the train station and local busses. It was right across the street from City Hall and the pedestrian walkway. We opted for a special rate for a top floor room facing the city hall square. Our room was crowded with furniture but there was no way to furnish it with the necessary items in a more convenient manner. |

When staying in Copenhagen we always stay at The Square - its as central as you get and it has a bit of a designer/boutique feel. Theres also a little cafe just downstairs on on the corner that opens early and serves great coffee and danish baked goods. We always go to the cafe in the mornings so we actually havent tried the breakfast or roomservice?! |

good location near centrum. The bus from the airport has a stop just outside of the hotel When we arrive the hotel was full & they didnt have a room for us They send us with taxi at an other hotel just for the first night. When we came back they gave us one of the best room of the hotel |
