Удобное расположение, приветливый персонал. Бесплантый интернет, удобные номера. Поменьше рекламы в номерах. Все завалено приглашениями в дружественные рестораны. Уборщики экономили на шампуне. |

мне понравилась ванная комната и принадлежности для душа - очень хоршего качества1 в отеле нет беспроводного интернета!!!! на ресепшене нам выдали два шнура - хотя выход в номере один и мы поочереди выходили в инет - ужас такого я еще не видела . беспроводной был только в холле около ресепшена и то он раотал ооочень медленно и плохо |

Чисто, тихо, хороший завтрак При бронировании было указано: романтическое предложение и бесплатно бутылка шампанского. К сожалению, был обычный номер, а о шампанском на ресепшене ничего не знали. |

There was fleas in my bed. Outrageous for a 4 * hotel. All the reception said was to apologise and change the room. No word from the manager to enquire whether I was allright and apologise. I have now hundreds of bites on my body and I have been itching all week. |

The location was great--close to the train station and local busses. It was right across the street from City Hall and the pedestrian walkway. We opted for a special rate for a top floor room facing the city hall square. Our room was crowded with furniture but there was no way to furnish it with the necessary items in a more convenient manner. |

When staying in Copenhagen we always stay at The Square - its as central as you get and it has a bit of a designer/boutique feel. Theres also a little cafe just downstairs on on the corner that opens early and serves great coffee and danish baked goods. We always go to the cafe in the mornings so we actually havent tried the breakfast or roomservice?! |

good location near centrum. The bus from the airport has a stop just outside of the hotel When we arrive the hotel was full & they didnt have a room for us They send us with taxi at an other hotel just for the first night. When we came back they gave us one of the best room of the hotel |

Its location and the breakfast. Didn't receive the champagne bottle I was promised with the reservation. It's quite expensive, but so is Copenhagen. |

location and quietness No safe in room and they charged extra and would not let me access it myself. Also the security of leaving baggage standing in the hall was a concern and the system seemed a bit confused |

The location was convenient and so was the free wireless connection in the lobby. Housekeeping service fell short of a four star hotel; the room was not very clean. |

Great location. We stayed twice. First time, very pleased. Second time found bed uncomfortable and mould in bathroom disgusting. Also a bit noisy. |

The hotel is at a very convenient place, centre of the city. Good quality of service, very polite personnel, speaking excellent English. The building, has very good internal design and furniture. It is ideal both for business and city tourism. We booked the hotel by debit card (not credit card). Hotel management asked for our credit card, two days after our arrival. We do not use credit cards. It is really impolite to bother your costumers, asking for credit card (for "insurance" purposes). |
