Nice, large, spacious, clean room. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location quite close to train station. |

The staff was great. They were all increadibly helpful. I think the breakfast was also great. We were in a triple room and the room had plenty of space for the three of us. The hotel was also very near the central train station, which is also a huge plus. |

If the refrigerator had been working the "kitchenette" would have been quite helpful. We complained immediately about the lack of a soap dish in the shower. a refrigerator that did not work and a door lock that would not prevent undesired entries and we got evasive, mindless responses. For example, they removed all of the soap dishes in the hotel because water collected in them [why not put a few hole in the bottoms, Duh?]. The refrigerator was not replaced until the third day of our four-day stay. |

The saty was fine. It is located close to the Central Station and major tourist attaractions. The rooms are small and for the kind of price they charged it is defenitly on the higher side. |

Location is excellent as it is close to train station, city sightseeing tours and shopping. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Parking (even on the streets) is very expensive in areas close to the hotel. Cheaper daily parking is about 1km away. If you don't like simple breakfast, you will be disappointed with what they provide. We are okay with that because they already indciate what they serve in their website. |

Really handy if you're travelling by train. This was my second visit, and I really like the idea of having breakfast delivered to you in the morning - if you're travelling on your own it means you can do your own thing... and have breakfast in bed! |

We were happy with the size of the triple room, and the staff was friendly. Liked that hotel was less than two blocks from Central Station and easy walking distance to Tivoli Gardens, the Radhus and the shopping district Paid a lot of money for our stay and the breakfast provided in the room was sparse- yogurt, rolls, cheese spreads. Brought our own cereal and milk but the dorm size fridge in the room was barely lower than room temperature. Spoke to the person on the desk about the poorly functioning fridge and was told he would speak to the manager- nothing was done about it. |

The hotel has a perfect location -- just a block from the central train station in Copenhagen! Just a couple of blocks away there are some shady businesses at night, but during the day it looks fine! |

Comfortable double bed. Bathroom with a window. Near the station. If I book a triple, I don't expect a double room with an extra bed, which has not the quality like the double bed. Only four rolls for three persons. |

Nice room and bathroom. Kitchenette was appreciated -- one could prepare some simple snack easily. The breakfast was rather simple but still acceptable. The bed was quite soft but this is our point of view as we generally prefer firmer beds. |

`nice little hotel suitible for families. `nicely laid out for with some good antique furniture. breakfast in room was reasonable the hotel is a gem `hotel is expensive like everything in copehnagen compared to berlin, brussels, stockholm. area around hotel was not the nicest area |

We liked the modern feel, the friendly staff, and the shelves of 'help yourself goodies'. It was very convenient to Strasbourg station. The room was a little small, but it was quiet and adequate for a short stay. |

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was on the edge of a busy area but it was reasonably quiet and was extremely easy to find and walk to. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The bathrooms were well designed, easy to use, and clean. The coffee could be improved. |

The reception staff were really friendly, polite and very helpful, I liked that very much. The room was clean and very nice with lots of windows and the bathroom facilities were part of the reason for staying at this hotel, along with the good rate. I would stay here again if I came to Copenhagen. No nothing I didn't like, only that it was difficult to get a heavy suitcase up the stairs at the front door. But, I did find that most of Copenhagen and other places that I travelled to in Denmark is like that. |
