the stalff weree very friendly and helpful. the location directly across from the ferry terminal and close to the pedestrian shopping area was excellent. the free use of their bicycles and the icluded tea,coffe and cookies were a real bonus |

The hospitality was absolutely incredible and the effort made to add little touches like fruit and sweets in the room and high quality and varied breakfst food made the stay feel better than many high priced hotels i have stayed in across the world. |

Det var utmärkt service. Väldigt familjär stämmning. Trevlig personal som gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas. Kul att man kunde låna en gratis cykel. Frukosten var lite spartanskt vid en första anblick men helt ok. Det var inget speciellt som var dåligt med hotellet. |

Hotellet ligger akkurat passelig langt fra båthavnen og fra min søsters hus i Fredrikshavn. Det ligger fint i forhold til handlemulighetene i byen. Eier og betjening var meget hyggelige og vi hadde fine samtaler med dem. Det bør være litt bedre lys på badet. |
