2-storey holiday apartment with views of the Wadden Sea and marsh land. There is an west-faced covered terrace and balcony. Tile floors in the bathroom, wooden floors in the rest of the house. Ground floor has bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. Kitchen with e.g. dish washer, fridge-freezer, cooker and exit to the terrace. 1st floor has another bathroom with shower, a living room with stereo set with CD player, DVD player, TV and double sofa bed and a bedroom. No letting to youth groups.
