Nothing. The hotel owner was arrogant. I mentioned about some problems I had with the staff and problems with booking (I forgot to state that I had 2 kids when I booked a suite room). Since it stated on the web that for extra kids, I need to pay, I told this to the staff and the owner politely, but they told me to go into a different room. Which is fine, but the way they treated me was totally rude.The owner was cursing and raising his voice and in the end told me to leave. 'Get out of my hotel.' All I wanted was an apology for the inconvenience but in the end he started saying this is the way it is done in Demark. I don't think so. My kids were so scared of this incident. Unfortunately Booking.com did not do much.

1. The owner was arrogant. 2. The staff was joking about my situation which was not funny!! 3. We never agreed on a price for the new room, but it was charged without my agreement. 4. The owner wanted me out without any good reason, all I was trying to do was to state an issue that I del was inconvenient. Now if this will not be accepted, we as customers cannot even complain about negative things that we experience! I hope booking.com will come back to me and solve my problem. All in all, this hotel is not the place to be in Aarhus!!!!

Good location, friendly staff

Did not like the breakfast, it was not the buffeet breakfast, you could not choose what to eat. It was too expensive to stay at the hotel, was not anything really special.

The athmosphere, the breakfast, the originality and personality, the french style

Absolutely lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms, great bath, good facilities. Relaxed on the terrace after a busy day and even invited the people I met for business to the hotel for a drink.

Their breakfast is fabulous with high-quality food and the staff is friendly in a way that makes you feel at home away from home. The rooms are cozy and stylish. When I want to treat myself to a little something extra this is my hotel of choice in Aarhus for business trips.

A general note to travellers visiting Aarhus: morning-hour taxis are often late even if you book them in advance. Add 15-20 min to the scheduled arrival time and take it into consideration if you need to be somewhere at a particular time.

Lack of coffee making facilities in room, room rather small, high cost, seemed to be an extra charge for everything (e.g. parking). Having said that Denmark is a very expensive country to visit.

Beliggenheden

Det var ikke et hotel, nærmere et pensionat/ferieværelse.. Man kan ikke gå fra værelset om ind til receptionen, Værelset havde udgang til gården. Siddemøblerne på værelset var havemøbler og de var ikke behagelige at sidde I. Vi var skuffet.
