Hotel is well located,rooms are small but clean and breakfast was excellent.However, housekeeping could be improved. Safety box handling procedure at the lobby would not give custmer much confidence. |

Great breakfast buffet with hot and cold food Our room was on the 5th floor and was very very small. We had to put our suitcase in the doorway as there was not other floorspace to use. Shower was cramed into the bathroom and when used, entire bathroom was wet. A/c was not operational yet, but room was stuffy and when opened windows, traffic noise was very loud. I think any room on another floor would be better. |

The hotel was comfortable and clean. It had a very good breakfast buffet with many organic selections. It was very close to Tivoli and the Copenhagen train-bus station. |

I was staying on business and the single room, though small and fairly basic, was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was a decent breakfast and the total price wasn't bad by Copenhagen standards. The location is excellent. I'd stay there again if I was in Copenhagen. |

Everything was extremely clean and good quality. The breakfast was fantastic! (And this comes from the person who usually hates hotel breakfasts!) Sometimes the housekeeping was coming way too early. |

It was really well situatued, close to the city center. Good breakfast, clean and roomy, fair to good value. The shower was awful(room 106), no water pressure and the glass door didn't protected/stop the water from splasing onto the entire floor, especially if you tried showering 2 people at the same time. AC seemed to work poorly. Double room with 2 single beds pushed together? Should be queen or king bed, at least for couples. |

Exellent location, Very polite staff, very good breakfast. Neither tea /coffee maker provided in the room which is required for bed tea early in the morning nor any room service for bed tea. |

Personnel was friendly and Hotel was well located near the Tivoli. Nice and welcoming bar and nice building . Room was too small but clean and comfortable. Same applies to shower. |

Very good breakfest, close to the city, good stuff, clean and good looking room. Smaller room with no place to put ctothes - no wardrobe, no drawer for personal belongings. We had to leave everything in our suitcases. Big washroom but no place to put any piece of clothes after taking off either. The small bottle of wine, which was out of the bar, was counted as using the bar and costed like big bottle in restaurant... |
