Scandic Webers  

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for me as I had an early flight on a Sunday morning to return to London and it was a few minutes from the central station in Copenhagen. Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and secure.

The room was a little small and lacking in wardrobe / drawer space: I was travelling solo and only there two nights, and so may just have been in one of the smaller rooms, but this would have been a problem for two people for a longer stay if this is a standard size.

We had to complain two times until we finally got to change the room. The first room the gave us was small even for a single room. And a toilet to cry for that price. A kind of bad joke ! Scandic needs hardly to review their concept of 4 stars !! Small and uncomfortable room at a high price. We complaint and the first unswer was: Sorry Sir we are fully booked today. Or are they keeping their worst offer for booking.com users ? I travel because of work very often Spain and Europe and the standard of this Scandic does not deserve not only two stars. Only a South American lady at the reception was really proffesional and serious.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the free internet was a bonus.

Convenience for Central Station and proximity to Vesterbro which is an interesting area to explore. Staff polite and generally helpful, particularly the maid.

I specified a cot for young toddler during booking and visited the hotel in person a week in advance to check that this was ok and was told it was. However, when we checked in, there was no cot in the room! The maid was most accommodating in this respect and went out of her way to sort this out.

Internet (WiFi) and Breakfast

Room space (too small for the price). No coffee/pantry/kettle to get coffee/tea outside of breakfast time. Locality is average.

Great hotel staff. The hotel is very close to the city, the castle and many attractions.

Very noisy at night with music from nightclubs.

Friendly staff. Quiet room good bed. Good breakfast. Five minutes from the central train station. Reccomendable.

A mon arrivé dans ma chambre, j'ai pu trouvé de nombreuses taches de vins sur la table basse et le sol. La chambre était vraiment pas propre.Dommage car pour une petite chambre elle était plutôt bien équipée..Le personnel est vraiment très compétant.Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon!. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite car elle se trouve à 100Metres de la gare centrale et 5 minutes du centre.
