They provided free check-in from 9am which was fantastic and hugely appreciated. The double room was too small for 2 adults and a cot and luggage; the booking.com site should state this. |

Close proximity to down town - easy access to everything - very nice breakfast buffet There was a sewer like smell when turning on the shower - seems like the pipes could require some cleaning |

Very nice and modern hotel next to the Main train station. Location is very good especially if you're coming by train. It takes only 2 min walk to get to Tivoli Amusement park. Breakfast buffet is really abundant and good. Price is quite high for a single bedroom. But Denmark and especially Copenhagen is not a cheap place to stay! Car park possible in a nearby underground parking, but it cost a whopping 160 Kr per 24hrs... really too expensive! |

the hotel is very close to central station, with 24h shop nearby. It's easy to get to main attractions. The room&bathroom are rather small, but nice and enogh for 1 person. free wi-fi&internet acess point on ground floor with printer. breakfast is excellent even though the selection of dishes is not so wide as in bigger scandics but more gourmet. |

Excellent location close to train station and city sights. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast, which is included in the room price, had a great selection of items. |

Hotel rooms were small but well designed. Free internet was great. Breakfast was wonderful. And location is fantastic. Was also glad that I could get a room right away when I checked in at 10 am. The tiny toilets. I stayed at the hotel three separate times in August and was not told of frequent guest program during first stay. When I found out during my second stay, I was told that I'm unable to have my points clocked in for my first stay (of 4 days), which was disappointing. |

The staff was courteous and helpful. Their full breakfast buffet was excellent and we appreciated the extended hours of the buffet, Rooms were small compared to U.S. standards and were of ultra-modern design. However, they were clean and comfortable. |

Its location is great. our stay was great although our room was small. Very adequate breakfast The only negative point was a bad smell in the bathroom showing that the building was old and refurbished. |

The breakfast had a vast array of items to choose from and the quality of those itmes was excellent. The room size was a bit small and the atmosphere a bit bleak. There was only a shower and no tub. I had expected better. |

I was particularly impressed with the quality and range of the buffet breakfast included in the package. The dining area was not crowded or lacking capacity (as had been noted in other reviews). While the hotel room did have air conditioning it did not seem to be particularly effective compared to other hotels which I have stayed at (eg in Italy with temps over 30C). It didn't make much of a dent into the mid-20C temp in Copenhagen. |

Hotel staff were excellent and the free breakfast in the morning is amazing! The showers need to be changed as water pressure is a bit low. |

Close to the railway station, very good selection at breakfast, friendly staff. Twin beds in the room instead of a double, within an immovable shelf in between the two single beds. |

staff were great and the location was fantastic close to tivoli gardens and train station. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty to choose from and being 6-10am suited me as i colud have something small to eat at 6am and go to gym at nearby hotel or explore the city and go back to hotel before 10am and have a proper breakfast the only bad comments that i could make was that my room card would very often not work and had to be replaced which was a minor inconvenience and the room was small. Considering the price, location, breakfast and gym facilities at nearby hotel this outweighted the above issues |

Our room was quite small. And, the hotel staff was not helpful at all. The room was not ready even after the checking-in time. The breakfast was poor. |

Good location (walking distance to Central Station/Tivoli and close to eating places), nice breakfast, air-conditioning in room, appreciated complimentary bed for child. Price (but a problem with all Copenhagen hotels), rather dated, small sink in bathroom. And the hotel would benefit from improvement in their service quality. Egs: 1. When I asked which bus to take from the hotel to the royal palace, the reception's immediate reply was that I enquire at the tourist office near Central Station because 'they know everything.' 2. Instead of taking it to our table where my child was seated, the lady at the breakfast room handed me the plate of pancake for my child while I was getting other food at the breakfast buffet table and said, 'You can take it to your child yourself.' 3. Housekeeping could be better - empty tissue box and stained bedsheet not replaced. But the hotel acceded to request in the evening. |

Location, breakfast They put me in a smoking room, even though I reserved two months in advance. There was also a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. I had to stay in that room the first night, because the hotel was full. The room I was moved to was better. However the bathroom was too small for the sort of shower arrangement, and the floor constantly was wet. |
