A mon arrivé dans ma chambre, j'ai pu trouvé de nombreuses taches de vins sur la table basse et le sol. La chambre était vraiment pas propre.Dommage car pour une petite chambre elle était plutôt bien équipée..Le personnel est vraiment très compétant.Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon!. La situation de l’hôtel est parfaite car elle se trouve à 100Metres de la gare centrale et 5 minutes du centre.

Confortable, clean and very good breakfast with uge amount of food.

The location is a bit far (10-15 min by walk ) from restaurants and the old center of city. But it is anyway difficult to find a good hotel nearlier.

We chose the hotel because of the location and also because they were one of the few accessible hotels, my husband uses a motorized scooter, and they had easy access to the lobby and a large elevator. The staff was amazing and helpful. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. We were convenient to everything and to great restaurants too. We couldn't be happier.

Excellent location and very good breakfast

Disappointing. We like a large bed, but not being sure of the size of a double bed there, we choose to have a twin-bedded room. Beds were small and not very comfortable. A superior room was listed as having bathrobes and slippers, but they are no longer provided. Shower worked well, but poor accessories. Not good value for the money - would not stay there again..

It was in a perfect location, in the center and next to the station. The interior is not too luxury buy staff and breakfast was fantastic. I thought was a bit expensive but Copenhagen is quite an expensive city....

The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for the railway station and city centre. Although the single rooms are not large, they are well equipped. WiFi is included in the room rate.

Excellent!

The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good, and the free internet was a bonus.

Convenience for Central Station and proximity to Vesterbro which is an interesting area to explore. Staff polite and generally helpful, particularly the maid.

I specified a cot for young toddler during booking and visited the hotel in person a week in advance to check that this was ok and was told it was. However, when we checked in, there was no cot in the room! The maid was most accommodating in this respect and went out of her way to sort this out.

Nice location, close to central train station and easy access to main places of interest.

I stayed 2 nights. The first day was disappointing since I was given a small corner room although what i booked was standard double. Only after argument, i got something that i basically expected.

The room was small and dark

Þjónustun í lagi, starfsfólk í veitingasal sérstaklega þægilegt og reyndar almennt og morgunmatur nokkuð góður. Staðsetning hótelsins er frábær.

Fannst gistingin dýr miðað við gæði. Ein lítil lyfta fyrir allt hótelið of lítið og hótelið er komið til ára sinna þó að það hafi ýmislegt verið gerrt varaðndi endurnýjun.

Nära tågstationen och Tivoli samt bra gångavstånd till city!

Litet trångt badrum där vattnet rann ut över hela golvet. Rummet var litet ( ett enkelrum som används som dubbelrum) men ok. Fanns stol och bord som gjorde det bekvämt o bra.
