location excellent, friendly staff, nice room (202), breakfast, nice atmosphere. The staff at Hotel Jorgensen were really friendly and helpful. the toilet was a bit of a tight squeeze!

Can't remeber his name but the guy on the desk was very helpful and helped us cart our bags up the stairs. Excellent value for money, clean, tidy and comfortable room. Would definitely go back, loved Copenhagen!

Very well situated next to the train and metro stations. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The price was good for such a centrally located hotel. A bit more variety at breakfast, but you get what you pay for. The place could get a bit noisy - due to activities occurring in the courtyard below.

Very close to Norreport metro and railway station, you can also walk to Kobenhavn H (about 30 minutes). The hotel is old, but in good condition. Relatively inexpensive. Kitchen is small and has no utensils. One of the bathrooms on the 4th floor was derelict. Creaky stairs and floors.

Great staff and very helpful also had a nice breakfast ! Very close to metro station and not so far from the city center ! Just a WC for 15 plus visitors !!!

Very quiet and clean hostel/hotel. The bathrooms/showers were very clean and functional. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was very friendly. Awesome location, right next to Norreport.

The staff was really friendly, the breakfast elegantly served, they didn't fuse coming me for breakfast earlier than 8. Too dark in room, light bulb too weak.

1. Location. First, good for those who love to wander over the city and get back to their hotel on foot; located close to Købmagergade, the great and long pedestrian area. Second, the nearest Nørreport train / metro station is perfect for going to many directions like Helsingør, Malmö / Lund, and Kastrup airport. 1. The door in the shared shower on my floor was constructed with a large hole between the wall and the door box. Privacy is dubious :) 2. They were giving me another shampoo or soap not beforehand, but only after I found I have none and asked for it. 3. Quite poor and monotonous breakfasts.

The hotel was fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, it had a lovely atmosphere and is very centrally located to all of the activities we wanted with out being overly pricey. Nothing I can think of :)

Clean basic room, but toilet was tiny. Breakfast quite simple. Quite difficult to find hotel, but even more difficult to find parking place. And when we eventually find it, that costs 3 - 18 dkk per hour.

Everything was perfect. The showers were a little clogged and caused a little pool by your feet during your shower which was uncomfortable.

The locatin was great! 20 Minutes away from the airport and 150 meters form the main metro/train/bus station. The staff was really friendly and had good advices for our trip. If you are a bit old, there are many steps to get to the reception (3rd floors) and no lift so be careful!

Very clean room and common facilities. Central location. Budget for a hotel in Copenhagen. Do note that the hotel is situated at the 3rd floor, without elevators. Poor noise isolation. You'll know whenever anyone open their doors/ go to the toilet.

We were put in a huge room with lots of natural light - it was fantastic! We loved the location and the guy who checked us in was lovely. Great value for money and overall a very positive experience. The shared kitchen had very little in it (in terms of cutlery, plates, etc) but otherwise, no complaints.
