Friendly staff, who sorted out minor problems with lighting not working and lack of towels in second room given. Website stated 3.1km to centre of Aalborg, walked a good half mile to see sign stating 4km to centre! Bus service excellent and highly recommended - Should add to website to take either a 12 or 24 bus to go into the town or to hotel, as taxi rather expensive. Locals very helpful and friendly - most speak English which was very helpful. |

I liked the staff and the fact that they are really reponsable. They helped me and answeared me at every question i`ve asked in a very polite way. The hotel is very far from the centre of the town and if you get the bus it may take a while till you get there. |

Hotel was easy found and close to the high way E45 The matrasof the is not comfortable; no god support and not wide enough for two persons. In one word the room is not good enough for two persons. Breakfast was poor with respect to choices |

1. Automated entry system was broken. 2. Despite three days' snow, nobody ever swept the entry or steps. 3. Although advertised, no hot drinks nor food available. 4. Coca-Cola machine and snacks machine were broken 5. No kettle in room. 6. No bar in hotel. 7 More 'hostel' than hotel. |

Cheap, good showers, warm, light rooms, very helpful reception staff. We arrived to check in after 10pm but the check in machine did not work for any of the 8 guests who had separately booked 5 rooms. A security guard had to eventually let us into rooms. The rooms near the lobby can be noisy so you might want to ask for a further or 1st flr rm. |

att det var lungt Det var svinkallt i rummet och dammigt i rummet, mkt dammigt! badrummet var mkt kallt och ej trevligt! För få tv kanaler. Man kunde ej ta en kopp te eller ngt på kvällen vilket var dåligt. |
