Quit, serviceminded hotel staff, and a very good breakfast. There should be separate smoking and non-smoking rooms. I got a non-smoking room which were used as a smoking room. Terribly! |

The staff were very friendly, and always helped with maps / bus timetable / etc. Many of the rooms are built around gardens, which are very nice. If possible, request a room with a door that you can open onto the gardens. The hotel is located near the outskirts of town near the university, so it's great for running in the countryside. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you into town (in one direction) and to the university (in the other). Buses run from early in the morning till late at night, but only twice an hour in each direction in the evening and on weekends - about 20 minutes to town, and 10 minutes to the university. Nice and quiet location. There is no shop or restaurant near the hotel, except for a Mini Spar convenience store (15 minutes walk towards town - open from 8am to 7pm), and a gas station (10 minutes walk towards the university - open 24/7). |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is very nicely designed, and clean. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, near Aalborg University, about a 15-minute bus ride to the centre. There are four buses an hour most of the day, and two in the evening. Some of the single rooms are small, and you cannot open the windows. However, the staff immediately changed my room when I said that I wanted a room with a window I could open, to a lovely room in the new wing - excellent friendly service. |

Clean room/bathroom, clean hotel. You can get a great night sleep, if you are looking for that. Our room connected to a nice backyard. In esence, if you are a person looking for relaxing stays, this is your hotel. Kind of far away (like 3km) from the center of the city, but there is a bus outside that comes every 30 minutes. Just, do not take a cab to the hotel! It's very expensive. Walk or take a bus. Besides this, the hotel is just great. |

Nice staff, shame about the lack of attitude. I think it is a great idea to use student diggings during the holidays as hotel rooms, but the price does not seem justifiable. Some youth hostel offer a lot more for less money. |

This was a novel hotel with a very low staff overhead. The rooms are very basic but perfectly adequate for my short stay. |

The service was excellent, the staff was really friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to an extra big room (for free) because we were staying for 4 nights. The beds were comfy and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was basic, but covered every need. Coffee, tea and juice, freshly-baked bread and rolls, butter, jam, honey, ham, salami, cheese, paté, yogurt etc. The reception closed quite early, especially during the weekends, but it still worked out fine for us. I'd gladly exchange good rates for a 24 hr reception. The morning of our departure breakfast hours were 7-10. We hadn't pre-booked breakfast, and had to leave early. This particular day no guests had pre-booked breakfast, and so there was no breakfast at 7. |

Its relative proximity to the University. Easy access to downtown and the University by bus. The staff were courteous and helpful. We arrived after 8 pm and had to check in automatically. However, there was a problem with the way the reservation had been entered in the system and it would not check us in. There was no courtesy phone and we had to use our cell phone to get in touch with someone. After 3 attempts we were connected to Copenhagen and they sent security to open for us. |

Clean room, quiet, no smell of smoke, good television Shower drain does not drain the water properly, bathroom floor consequently completely soaked. Lighting not optimal for studying, desk light would be nice. A kettle would be nice, but realise there is also a balance between price and what is on offer. |
