This hotel is disappointing in so many ways it beggars belief. It has no redeeming qualities. Raze to the ground and rebuild.

Quiet place to stay.

A very quiet neighbourhood, free parking outside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and ready to help.

The extremely overpriced and slow WiFi. No air conditioning.

Location and modern

That you must pay for internet access via Wifi. This should be a free service as it is almost a necessity in the world of today. Room was very warm and without an option to cool it.

The Express check-in system wap pretty neat!

A bit out of town but was close to my destination. Very friendly staff. Yes its a budget hotel but it doesn't pretend to be anything but a budget stay. Recommended.

This is a simple, but comfortable hotel. I only picked it because it was close to the location of a client - otherwise the location is incredibly boring, in a business park at least 30mins out of the city. Breakfast and wifi cost extra, which I always find a bit annoying. The rooms were attended to every day, but not to the standard you might be used to from other hotels (E.G., not much effort went into making the bed).

The hotel has no soul. Just a place to sleep and eat.

Excellent hotel since we were attending events at the Ballerup Arena- 5 minute walking distance. Very good breakfast of coffees, chicken pate (pre-packaged), farmhouse pate, cereals, cold meats, and freshly baked breads with nutella, honey and jam spreads available. To get into Copenhagen, one would have to walk to the nearby train station - 10 minute walk. No air conditioning. Great deal for the money. Friendly and helpful staff.

The quiet location - although the close proximity to the super arena might have meant something else. The easy check-in was safe abd easy in spite of the late check-in (midnight). The staff was very kind and helpful the next morning. Breakfast is continental, coffee OK.

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to a S-bahn station and another 15 minutes ride by train to the Kobenhavn Central station. The hotel is about 2 kilometres from the highway and has a big parking lot (which is good if you travel by car, like we did). Also it is a very quiet neighbourhood

Clean, practical and relatively well priced for Copenhague

Quite far from public transportation in fact, very small room.

Værelse OK - Personale i reception i top (en kvinde i sin bedste alder) - Interesse for gæsten

Lidt langt fra København, men det er jo svært andet, når der er tale om Ballerup

Sängarna var hårda

Beliggenhed i forhold til opgave.

En bagatel: morgenmad blev med store plakater annonceret til 69 kr. Men ved kassen blev vi afkrævet 79 kr.

Det meget venlige personale der modtog os.

Døren kunne ikke lukkes op da vi kom fra koncert, men endelig lykkedes det for en af gæsterne og så smuttede vi med ind, men andre gæster måtte lukkes ind af gæster indefra. Det havde da været ubehageligt hvis vi havde været alene.
