Simple and pleasant, clean and comfortable, very good value, close to a station, highly recommended Doesn't offer food in the evenings, and not much nearby (Just a McDonalds and an Italian which is ok) but decent breakfast and on balance a good place to stay.

The hotel is ideal for backpackers, city trippers who visit Copenhagen by car or have take a bike along. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and ready to help. A nice extra is the fact that you can buy a bridge-crossing voucher (30% off) and tickets for Tivoli at the reception desk.

Very basic, no real facilities considering it was a long way from any amenities unless you had a car. A fridge and some tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been very helpful.

Breakfast was very Dannish, a lot of cheese and ham to choose from The room smelt of Egg on arrival. Two single beds instead of a double bed. Internet is not included in the price !!!! The room is really minimalist and the entire hotel feels like a hall of residence.

I had a good luck always I arrive there is somebody in reception and I didn´t have to do authomatic check in. A price seems cheap, but you have to pay for intrnet, for breakfast and even parking (in Billund). And after paying all that extras is not the cheapest.

Renlighed, godt venligt personale. Dårligt bookingsystem - kunne ikke få det bestilte værelse ved ankomsten, hvilket vi nærmest gik I panik over, vi vil ikke bo I et hotelværelse med køjesenge når vi ikke har bestilt et sådant, dette kunne dog heldigvis reddes. Sørg venligst for at man får det bestilte værelse. Ellers alt fint. Kommer igen

Prisen Når man ankommer og tjekker ind I den udendørs gule boks, så kunne de være rart, at boksen var placeret således, at der var mulghed for at stå I læ for vind og regn. Lys - der mangler lys....

Personalet meget behjælpeligt - holdt aftaler og mere end det. Fik lov at komme ind før tid - guld værd. Kørt langt og havde baby på det ene værelse så meget god service. Hvis vi skal klage var der kun 1 stk morgenbrød til os og desværre havde vi ikke tid til at vente til næste bagning da vi skulle nå færge. Ug til personalet. Hanne Andersen Århus

Både belligenheden og hotellet som sådan var perfekt for mig, med et godt værelse incl. Bad. Og morgenmaden var meget hygienisk arrangeret. Det var der egentlig ikke, jeg manglede kun en avis - men fik også årsagen, idet der kun var gratisaviser, og disse udkom ikke I weekenden.
