I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the design and the comfort of the room. The staff were very helpful, competent, and efficient. I'd have liked a proper restaurant or cafeteria, and I found the breakfast rather "minimalist."

The reason I stayed at this hotel was because it was close to the airport. The room was small, and had no internet hook-up. The hotel also had no food service except machines. It did serve breakfast for a added cost. The only reason I would stay at this hotel is if I had a early flight to catch. I plan to arrange future flights so I don't have early flights. This hotel was way over priced for what I recieved. I travelled Europe for 5 weeks and this was one of the worst hotels I stayed in.

Shuttle bus between hotel and airport is very fast and convenient. A good option for business traveller who needs to check in Billund Airport in early morning. The receptionist that I encountered did not treat the customer nicely.

Location was excellent for early flights from Billund. There's nowhere nearby to get a meal or a beer. It is literally just a place to sleep.

I liked our room. Children loved the mezzanine in our bedroom. I thought hotel was very well sound proofed, in spite of being beside an airport planes landing & taking off are not heard during night. The view and surroundings were nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought breakfast was poor. Only the bread was nice.

The gentleman that checked me in showed great compassion during my stay. I was very appreciative of his kindness and willingness to help me find food upon my arrival. He went above and beyond. I wish I had gotten his name so that he could receive the praise he deserves. The room was nice size and comfortable. I was quite surprised how quiet it was, both internally among guest rooms and externally, so close to the airport. I slept well. I wasn't prepared for the lack of amenities in the room, specifically shampoo and a hair dryer. These two items are so common in hotels, that I didn't realize some hotels do not offer these.

It's location. We wanted to stay a night near the airport at Billund so that on the next day we would not have to travel a long distance to the airport. Bed was comfortable and bathroom (shower) and rest of the room were clean. Some people might find the continental breakfast a bit scanty but everything was fresh and it satisfied us.

Hotel is located at the airport, 3 minutes walk from the terminal. For that price in Denmark you cannot expect anything special. It is ok just to spend a night before you flight. Very poor breakfast, no parking place in front of hotel. I stayed in 4 person room and it was ok for me, but I cannot imagine how is it possible to stay there for 4 persons for a few days.

The bedroom was a good size for a family group such as ours (2 adults and 2 children). It was clean and the beds comfortable. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. All-in-all it was a positive experience and we would stay there again if in the area! Didn't like having to insert the room key card in a slot in order to use the electricity. Also breakfast was a bit choatic with long queues because it was at one side of the room rather than in a central location where people could move around it. Neither of these points would stop us staying there again however - especially now we know what to expect.

The location was exceptional, with very easy walking access to the airport terminal, and only a mile walk to Legoland. The view we had of the airport was very interesting, yet it was very peaceful so near the airport. The staff were very helpful,explaining the hotel services, and giving useful info about the area.
