The location since we went with the ferry to Puttgarden early next morning and the hotel is right next to the terminal. It was clean och easy to book via Internet. Easy check-in via automat in hotel. There was no information at all about how to check-out. Not when you check-in, no info in the room or in the reception. You should get an information after check-in that you just leave your keys in the room and leave, or wright on the key "how to check out". |

Clean, new. Close to ferry. Good breakfast. Even though the hotel was supposed to not have any personnel, there was a really nice guy who welcomed us, and helped us. We could not find any restaurants nearby. |

Vi fick ett vänligt emottagande i telefon när vi framförde våra klagomål över att mattan i korridoren utanför och hallen inuti hotellrummet var genomblöt pga översvämning. Dock tog det lång tid och flera samtal nattetid innan vi erbjöds ett annat rum och vid den tidpunkten hade tröttheten tagit överhanden. Vi hade gärna sett någon slags kompensation med anledning av de olägenheter detta medförde. Ja, översvämningen i och utanför rummet. |

En jätte bra sak var att man kunde komma när man ville och checka in själv i en automat. Lättbegripligt var det också. Nära till allt vi var ute efter. Inget jag tyckte illa om på hotellet, men saknade gäster.Vi var inte så många som hyrde den 30-31 maj. |

Man kan checka in och ut när som helst under dygnet. Närhet till färjorna. Det är inte helt lätt att checka in. |

Bra läge vid genomfart till/från Tyskland, relativt enkel incheckning dygnet runt, helt ok standard som övernattningshotell Att man debiterade 100 dkk för mycket vid automatincheckningen!!! (Jag har mailat er om detta I ett separat mail) |

Vi fick hjälp via telefon att anmäla vår ankomst och få ut rumsnycklar.Kom sedan till ett välstädat mycket fräscht rum med utmärkta sängar och tyst och lungt. Tyvärr fanns det inga tandborstglas |
