Horrible room, smallest room I ever have, and the smallest shower, it was conected to the sink and have to use a switsh.The mounted shower haed fell of.Every night betwen 3-4 you get awake by a bus the come everyday and stay with the engine on in 5 minuts or more.If you like a noice, small room, with no fasilities to a expensive price (same as Grand) this is the right for you. Få bussen til å komme på dagtid, eller parkere ett annet sted. Han allene gjør at jeg aldri kommer tilbake til dere. |

Rolig sted for søvn. Litt engstelig for parkeringsplass utenfor vindu I rom 37, men bare en buss som startet tidlig om morgenen Vannet fra dusjen I rom 37 rant ut over gulvet I stedet for I sluken. Må utbedres |

Billig og greit! God service, vi fikk det vi spurte ettter :-) Vi har benyttet oss av Zeep hotelI (ishøi) mange ganger tidligere og gjør det sikkert igjen.. |

location. connectivity. 1) reception was pathetic. We went to reception, explicitly said.. "No breakfast". they booked with brkfst.. then took 10 min to correct the bill... theraftr I see they put 491 DKKs in place of 419 DKKs for third nite stay.. I asked, receptionist continued attending other customers.. they pointed me to one computer to forward booking confirmation mail along with rates.. It was pathetic, the way receptionist talk rudely.. made us wait for 35 minutes and continue attending other customers.. 2).. I explicitly booked non-smoking room and they gave me smoking one.. it was stinking like hell.. 3 ) window towards a late nite pub.. which will not let u sleep till 4AM specially on fridays and saturdays........ I will never ever go to this place !! |

This is a fantastic hotel if one is looking for budget accomodation, easy to find and only one stop from the airport. The design of the room is practical and the beds very comfortable and most important...very clean. The bathroom is a fantastic design small but everything you need in a bathroom, a great shower and again very clean. The location to the city is wonderful. It is a very quiet hotel and we were able to get a restful nights sleep.The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned daily. This is a great hotel. We would definately stay here again. Thank you to the staff. |

The hotel was convenient to airport and to metro transportation. Shopping was across the street. Hotel was not handicapped friendly. There are stairs to get into hotel but no handicapped ramp. No way to get luggage into hotel but to take up the stairs. |

Budget price,quite and fresh sea air outdoors.Do not take a lady for a romantic weekend there just for resting. Zleep The cleaner disturbed early 2 times before and after 9:00 in the morning and they did not have "don´t disturb signs to hang outside the door.Check out is 11:00. |

Great value for your money. Sure the rooms are super small, but they have everything you need, are clean, and very quiet. I had a pleasant view from my window of greenery, which also provided privacy so I felt fine leaving my curtains open during the day. P.S. Don't tip in Denmark; it is considered very rude. Be careful about paying with a debit card. I was initally charged twice, because the clerk swiped the card a second time thinking the first had not gone through. It took 5 days for my bank to release the funds back into my account. Luckily I had enough funds to continue enjoying my trip, but those on a tighter budget might be in dire straights. Pay with travelers checks, or a credit card instead. It was all straightened out in the end. |

Convenient and relatively cheap, close to the airport, walking distance from metro station with grocery store nearby. Beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. poor quality carpeting, expensive medium quality breakfast, no separation of shower from rest of the bathroom. |

since we did not carry a computer around we were pleasantly surprised to discover a computer rental facility and the price was perfectly acceptable. this hotel does not have an elevator and it can be a struggle to log heavy suitcases to the upper floors. since there is no air conditioning ceiling fans would be helpful when air is stagnant. |

helpful staff avoid, avoid, avoid. yes, it is close to the airport but - you are going on your own risk. hotel or the name should be "bad hostel" is dirty, smelly (itself and from cigarettes), no elevator (3 floors with your luggage can be a pain), loud (from the inside noises and outside as well), no air condition - important in summer. Much too expensive for the "quality". taxi = 90 - 110 DKK |

Excellent location; very close to the train station, airport and the Fields-claimed to be the biggest shopping mall/store in the Scandanavia. On a sunny day rooms are very hot; you can not take rest daytime. |

Neat, good service, good breakfast, good place to stay if you´re tired and just want to sleep, very good location (close to the airport), train station nearby. The room was quite small, and to the price I paid I would have expected a complimentary breakfast. |
