This accommodation is 15 minutes’ drive from Melville Hall Airport, next to the rainforest reserve. It offers hiking tours and snorkelling trips. Guests can take in views of the surrounding mountains from the guest rooms at Serenity Lodges Dominica. A breakfast is served in the mornings at the mountain view restaurant that boasts a vegetable garden and offers Caribbean cuisine, fruits, an organic garden and coconut water. The guest house has multilingual staff, and there is also a shuttle service to the airport and ferry in Roseau. Car rental is also available. Marigot village centre is 7 minutes’ drive from the Dominica Serenity Lodges Guesthouse, and there are shops within walking distance. The couple who run it are wonderful charming people who did everthing they could to make our stay comfortable. We were able to relax, enjoy the beauty of the mountains, and forget about the noise of the rest of the world. A true gift. We ate four wonderful meals there and were able to bird watch and take hikes without having to get into a car. Many things near by to walk or drive to on one of the best roads I saw on the island. The surrounding community also made us welcome.

guest house with a very friendly family. they offer pick-up from airport and back for a reasonable fee - less then a taxi, they can also pick you up if you are coming back late. Location is about 20 min drive from the airport, major road is nearby, you can easily get around in Dominica by hitchhiking - anybody can give you a ride, paying is not necessary. Room where I was staying has fan , but not the AC. Twice I had very nice dinner (price is not included). Overall price/quality ratio is good. Having AC would be great, small window unit could perfectly work there and would become a great advantage for Serenity lodges. Again, quality/price is still reasonable, it is worth to stay there if your main goal is to travel and explore Dominica.

We found a great hospitality and lots of smiles! You can feel the magic and the spiritual atmosphere of the Carib Territory under the full- moon... We loved talking to Karina and Leicester, we spent a very pleasant time with them... We loved the home made food prepared at the last minute (above all the spinach sauce!!! Delicious!) even if we hadn't booked in advance and we got there very late...we really appreciated it! Thanks :) Karina et Leicester merci encore pour l'accueil chaleureux. :* Simona&Fred

l'accueil la gentillesse de nos hôtes le calme la nature le rapport qualité prix il faut juste un véhicule 4-4 pour y accéder et comme toute la Dominique, il faut mieux y arriver de jour!

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hatten Zeit zu persönlichen Gesprächen und gaben gute Informationen über Straßen und Sehenwürdikeiten. Sie bemühten sich sehr, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Dusche lieferte nur lauwarmes Wasser und war störungsanfällig.

Situé dans un décor magnifique en pleine nature, le Serenity Lodges est un endroit paisible et acceuillant. On peut accéder facilement aux segments 6 et 7 de la Waitukubuli Trail. La nourriture y est savoureuse et copieuse. Merci encore Carina et Lester pour votre chaleureuse hospitalité.

Serenity Lodges is een heel goed verblijf voor actieve mensen. De kamers zijn schoon. Elke dag schone handoek en beddengoed. Warm water. Personeel heel aardig en vriendeliik. Ontbijtd is heelgoed. Avond eten is perfect. Communicatie / informatie uitstekend. Ik had een heel fijne verblijf in serenity lodges Mij is niks tegengevallen. Alleen je moet wel een huurauto hebben anders kom je nergens.

l'ile de la Dominique est une île très nature mais peu développé pour le tourisme ainsi le Serenity lodge nous a permis de rencontrer nos hôtes avec beaucoup de naturel et d'attention pour nous faire découvrir la Dominique de l'intérieur en nous servant des repas de produits essentiellement locaux et ils ont à coeur de nous faire partager leur île de par leur relation intime avec la nature et leur savoir faire

La excelente comida y la tranquilidad y naturaleza del entorno. Quizas este un poco alejado de los enclaves para visitar del sur de la isla.

Quiet - good for sleeping. Island-type meals were tasty and enjoyable. This is a young couple trying to make a go of providing accommodation in a natural environment. Provision of soap and comfortable chairs to sit on inside instead of having to sit on the bad would be welcome improvements.

Sehr gepflegte, saubere und geräumige Unterkunft, hoch über der Straße, inmitten von Grün und sehr ruhig gelegen. Sehr liebenswertes Besitzerpaar, das uns bestens umsorgt und mit Informationen versorgt hat. Wir liebten nicht zuletzt auch das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen, beide mit festen Essenszeiten, sind optional) - insbesondere abends leckere Gerichte, oft mit lokalen Produkten und Spezialitäten. Ausstattung und Komfort haben uns voll zufrieden gestellt. Uns darauf einzustellen, dass Installationen wie z.B. die Dusche etwas einfacher waren als von daheim gewohnt, fiel uns nicht schwer.
