The apartment was really fantastic, very spacious, with everything you need. We also liked the area

The breakfast starts at 8.00 am, too late if you have an excursion. It's a bit overpriced, especially if you use US dollars.

The service and staff were amazing. My mom was sick when we checked into the hotel and she wanted to order chicken noodle soup. Although it was not on the menu the restaurant staff made her the soup and it immediately brought it to our room. The spa was beautiful, affordable and professional. We had such a wonderful time at this hotel that we extended our stay by double the time. We are accostom to staying at ritz Carlton and the four seasons and we were pleasantly surprised by how comparable this Hotel was to those. The rooms are clean and new, the grounds are perfectly manicured, the restaurant has a huge variety of delicious, fresh food. And the service is comparable to the breakers palm beach. Just 5 star all the way for a fraction of the cost.

It´s a very nice place to stay in a very relaxed atmosphere . Ideal for romantic escapades.

The facilities and quietness. The quality of others hosts.

The beach is not the best in Las Terrenas. Is regular. But everything is near so you can move to other sides of the beach

We have stayed here before and like the location and the comfortable setting.

Facecloths would have been great; guarantee of specific room request would also be great.

Hotel was nice but too expensive for the quality

Lots of stuff broken in the room and it was a struggle to get the staff to react to and fix what was broken. Ext bedroom door wouldn't open and after repaired wouldn't close. Shower head broken and sprayed all over the restroom. Shower head hose burst and staff didn't react to request to repair so it remained broken the entire trip. Dvd player not working. Breakfest included bet was so bad that we passed it up. Toaster in restaurant broken which staff again failed to replace. Staff in restaurant un friendly especially those preparing food. Also having problems with the hotel over billing my credit card for $184.00 a night when quoted $180.00 which in itself was way to expensive for the quality of the hotel.

We hadden eerst gekozen voor Albachiara vanwege iets lagere prijs en gratis WiFi maar had de periode niet goed. Bij het opnieuw selecteren per ongeluk voor Alisei gekozen. Bleek uiteindelijk toch de beste keus. Apartementen zien er keurig uit, de middentuin met zwembad is zeer schaduwrijk en je kan er prima eten. Ymke (een Friezin) en haar Italiaanse man zorgen voor de noodzakelijke supervisie dat alles naar behoren blijft draaien. Een probleem met een resonerende stop in de stoppenkast werd onmiddelijk verholpen. Heerelijk om een weekje van alle rust te kunnen genieten.

WiFi ontvangst is zeer matig en valt geregeld uit.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, schöne , gepflegte App. Mit gutem Blick auf Pool und Meer, sehr freundlicher Service und eine sehr gute und hygienische Küche. Erst als wir außerhlab gegessen haben, hatten wir leichte Magen-Darmprobleme.

La proximité de la plage.

Le bruit, impossible de dormir les portes et fenêtres fermées, la climatisation est insuffisante. La voix des couche tard qui discutent sur les terrasses parvient à vos oreilles, les portes de bois sont mal ajustées et claquent à toute heure. Les chambres sont infestées de moustiques, impossible de les chasser, ils se fixent aux parois de la toiture. Pas de moustiquaire au dessus des lits. Le personnel laisse les portes ouvertes pour faire le ménage laissant ainsi le champ libre pour envahir l'appartement. Nous ne voulions pas cuisinettes, nous n'avons pas eu le choix. Cris de jeunes enfants, restaurant de l'hôtel bien ordinaire, petit déjeuner très ordinaire aussi, wifi pitoyable, des entrepreneurs du coin s'installent au restaurant et accaparent tout le débit, bref nous éviterons cet hôtel à l'avenir.

In het weekeind was het iets drukker, maar voor de rest was het stil. Een goeie plaats om Samana te ontdekken. Het heeft een restaurant en ook in de plaats zelf waren veel restaurants

Hieno ja rauhallinen uima-allasalue. Saimme hienosti järjestettyä kahden huoneiston yhdistämisen, jolloin yhteensä 7 henkeä pystyttiin majoittamaan 2 makuuhuoneeseen, penthouseeen ja sohvalle. Vesiautomaatti oli iso plussa.

Olisi ollut hyvä, jos hotelli olisi tarjonnut vaikka panttia vastaan taskulampun käyttöön, jotta yöaikaan olisi ollut mukavampaa liikkua pimeällä tiellä.
