Hotel Alisei  

We found the staff to be excellent, the 2 room apartment we had, overlooked the ocean and was fantastic, the gardens are lovely, while we didn't dine in the restaurant in the evening we did dine for breakfast and have drinks in the afternoon, service is terrific. Everything is beautifully clean and tidy. They organise tours for you, quads, which we are going to do the next time we come to Las Terrenas and stay at Hotel Alisei. You can have massages etc. at their spa. It is just a pleasant walk to town and restaurants. We absolutely loved it!! Well done Hotel Alisei!! They have a water cooler so you don't have to bring bottled water with you or go buy it.

It is not so much that we didn't like it, but it would have been nice to know that we needed to bring coffee and tea with us. And it would have been really good to have had the fridge on already for our arrival. Not major things, as we could have easily gone to the town and got these things or the mini mart just a short walk away. But we know for next time and my husband says I could just get it from the restaurant, but we are early risers..5-5.30am and the restaurant doesn't open until 7.30am. But for next time, if the fridge is turned on, this would be good.

Close to the beach, easy walk into town.

The restaurant was great during breakfast, but felt a little quiet in the evening. It would have been nice to see more life.

The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. Accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Jose was an excellent resource for trips in the region and extremely reliable.

Too big problems with mosquitos,also inside the house.

Wll designed and maintained grounds and accomodations (condo-like aparments, not resort/hotel room). Good restaurant on premises. Short walk to "town" and other good restaurants nearby.

The place is spectacular, the location is really good, just a minute from the beach, also very nice beaches close by, the city of Las terrenas is beautiful, the hotel is really comfortable and have a very good price, breakfast was really good, the sunset was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, we will go back definitively.

Perfect location in a very off the beaten path place. If you are not a fan of all inclusive resorts and like to explore this a good place to start. Rooms are very comfortable, staff and extremely nice and helpful. The resturant is a perfect place to start the day off before starting your adventures or nice to come back to for a late night drink or two.

Only thing that would possibly make some look at a different hotel was the beach across from the Alisei. For some that want a really nice beach with good water for swimming you have to walk a little bit (5-10 minutes maximum).

Excellent location with just the right amount of amenities. Quality of the food was good however, it was a bit limited. It is a rare combination of a hotel, villa, condo apartament and it gives you a little bit of all of them. We spent a lot of time by the terraza as it was relaxing and the view was great.

The parking was a bit small for the many cars in it and there was no clear method to guide guest to the different activities in town or the beaches.

Es la segunda vez que tengo el placer de disfrutar del alisei y lo sigo recomendando. La acogida por parte de la familia que lo regenta es siempre cariñosa, los apartamentos fabulosos, el restaurante excelente, el entorno bellísimo y Las Terrenas en Samaná un lugar para no perdérselo en la República Dominicana.

Tout est positif pour cet établissement. Je suis entièrement satisfaite. Propreté, proximité de la ville, qualité de la nourriture...tout était excellent!

La chambre était spacieuse et originale avec une belle vue. L'ensemble de l'hôtel, jardins, piscine et plage à proximité est excellent ainsi que sa situation par rapport au centre ville - au calme mais pas très loin.

Seule petite difficulté - peu des employées de l'hôtel parle français ou anglais.

Meget behageligt miljø, god og hjælpsom betjening. Gode faciliteter med en fantastisk terrasse med udsigt over havet.

- уютный интерьер, чистые номера; - В номере есть кулер для воды, холодильник, кофеварка и даже посуда; - Отличный ресторан рядом с отелем и много других ресторанчиков рядом; - Тихое место, мало народу (и черных почти нет), торгаши сувенирами не назойливы и малочисленны.

- пляж напротив отеля не очень хороший, много камней и водорослей, но если пройти метров 500 то есть отличные места.

Das Früstück ist so ziemlich das Schlechteste, das ich je in einem Hotel vorgesetzt bekam

Das Hotel mit seinen insgesamt 54 Wohneinheiten liegt direkt am Meer, nur durch eine selten befahrene kleine Straße davon getrennt. Wir hatten ein 1-Bedroom Apartment. Es war komplett ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile hat alles was man braucht, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine (Filter Größe 4), Safter, Kühlschrank mit großem Eisfach. Trinkwasser (25 l – Spender, kalt und warm wählbar) wird kostenlos bereit gestellt. Die Räume sind groß, wohnlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. (Achtung- die Steckdosen sind fast alle nur mit einem amerikanischen Adapter verwendbar). Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum und Terrasse sind mit Decken-Ventilator ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer gibt es zusätzlich eine (sehr leise!!) Klimaanlage. Kostenloser Safe ist ebenfalls im Apartment vorhanden. Aufgrund der zusätzlichen Fliegengitter-Türen zur Terrasse hatten wir kaum mit Mosquitos im Wohn/Schlafraum zu kämpfen :-) Ausreichendes und gutes Frühstück gibt es in Büffetform im Restaurant. Die Abendkarte ist klein, aber das Essen ist von sehr guter Qualität. Zimmerservice wird ebenfalls angeboten. Alles macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt einem zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Zumindest Englisch-Kenntnisse sind aber wichtig! Fazit: Wir haben hier 16 Tage lang einen Traumurlaub genossen und werden wieder dort hin reisen.

Das ist keine Kritik: Die Natur hat den Strand genau vor dem Hotel leider mit Korallen ausgestattet, aber 50 m weiter ist dann alles gut. Das WLAN- Netz ist allerdings nicht das beste im Hotel - bricht oft zusammen.

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la directrice Inke, Ainsi que la restauration, la qualité des produits maison, pain yaourts confitures ..... La tres belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin magnifique. La fontaine d'eau minérale dans les chambres est très appréciable.

La plage pourrait être un peu mieux installée.

Très calme, proche de la plage, appartement très propre, quasi neuf et bien équipé, personnel sympa.

Vriendelijk hartelijk personeel .rustig en goeie locatie ,overal internet ,service op terras ,de watercooler ,goeie airco op slaapkamer ,een aanrader . Graag de prijzen verantwoord houden.

Geen klacht

Tolle Lage direkt am herrlichen Palmen gesäumten Strand von Las Terenas. Ruhige Lage, sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Besser haben wir es nirgends angetroffen. Hier stimmte einfach alles.

Da fällt mir echt nix ein!
