Breakfast included and long breakfast hours. WIFI was always available All employees were very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk many places. The TV was on too high a shelf and very uncomfortable to watch. The electricity was interrupted.

The food (breakfast and eavening dinner) was very good. Appreciated the level of security. Very noisy area all night long. Even fully closed (thin) windows did not reduce noise level at all).

Nice size bed staff put us in a very dumpy room/ we complained with a 3 day stay and got a better room. No facilities for printing out air ticket.
