The secure parking of my rental vehicle without the hassel. They had a good laundry service that returned my clothing within hours of them taking them. It did not match the pictures on the net at all and the TV was not near the bedroom nor was the water pressure in the bath good. The water was a very low pressure to where I had to couple my hands to put water on my backside. |

The staff was friendly. The hotel has no elevators and we were asigned to a 4th floor (Top - We are in our late 70's) & relocated to a 2nd fl. 2 days later. There were ongoing repairs, the restaurant was provisional. Breakfast was very poor (coffee, one kind of juice, eggs & toast or sandwiches). Access to the rooms involved walking thru some alleys. |

The Hotel staff was very friendly and spoke some English. The security was good around the hotel and the parking area. The air conditioning system was excellent for the bedroom. There was construction going around the pool area. I personally did not use the pool for this reason. |

It is interresting to stay there because there are a lot businesses close by such the "Conde". The employees are respectuous and willing to help. "Gisel" is a very good Haitian employee who merits his encouragement for his good service. On sunday the food was horrible. I was even get sick by that food but the other days was good. In the morning no one speaks English that can help me in the restaurant. |

location is good no a/c in lobby, wall a/c in the room has no cover ,it can not be turn on or off only by means of unplug, badroom door broken no lock the worst i ever stay |

I think that the hotel is a quiet and a comfortable place for young people. The neighborhood is interesting. The breakfast menu. |

El personal estaba sympaticos, no es culpa suya que el hotel no esta en condiciones El apartemento era sucio la ventana de la habitacion ni tenia cristal y era muy ruidosa debido a los ventiladores de aire conditionado puestos justo detras las ventanas. Ademas habia obras en curso justo al lado de la piscina que tenia una agua muy sucia.no hemos podido dormir la primera noche y hemos cambiado de hotel el dia siguiente. No vale ahorar unos euros para venir aqui, el descansar es fundamental cuando viajando y aqui no lo encuentras. |

La tranquilidad y seguridad que se encuentra en todo el recinto. En la habitación que me asignaron era dificil dormir (o descansar) por la noche, ya que por la ventana se escuchaba el ruido de los aires acondicionados de otras habitaciones. La television no funcionaba (aunque no nos era inprescindible. |

Era todo un desastre hasta el personal de la recepción que nos intento cobrar de más. Me parece deplorable. la habitación es un desastre. La ducha fatal. El colchón de la época de la guerra. Jamás había ido a un sitio tan decadente. |

Limpieza e higiene muy mala. L a falta de cristales en las ventanas deja entrar muchos mosquitos y de los desagues salian constantemente ciempies y hormigas. No se tendria que ofertar este hotel dedido a que las condiciones sanitarias eran muy deficientes. |

Muy cerca del centro histórico de Santo Domigo. Apartamento amplio con dos habitaciones, salon cocina y cuatro camas, tres individuales y una de matrimonio. Vigilancia nocturna y planta eléctrica. Piscina Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. Tiene wifi. Pero en dos días que estuve no consegui conectarme, supuestamente por estar estropeado. |

Su relativa cercanía con la Zona colonial El resto. El trato del personal de recepción fu bochornoso. No tenían conocimientos de la oferta turística de Santo Domingo. No conocían las distancias, su preparación era deficiente. Encima era antipáticos y no tenían lo que tiene que tener alguien que trabaja de cara al público. Parecía que les debías dinero y no les pagabas. Dramático. La situación no sería tan lamentable si al menos el precio no fuera tan caro. La relación calidad precio era mala |

La verdad es que es bastante privado por su ubicacion y ala ves desde hay llegas a todos lados. Si, el mantenimiento en la estructura ya que le hace falta algunas reparaciones,tanto en los cuartos como afuera. |

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal del restaurante y de las señoras del aseo. Javier fue una persona muy atenta con nosotras. La atención de la recepción fue muy deficiente, en cuanto a que no eran amables en el trato, son desordenados con la información de las habitaciones y los huéspedes y son muy poco atentos. |

Grand studio, possibilité de coucher 4 personnes Pas de lumière naturelle dans les chambres (Naco opaque donnant sur le mur de l'immeuble voisin à 2 m). Personnel ne parlant qu'espagnol . Rapport qualité-prix mauvais surtout pour 2 personnes |
