Apartahotel is a new, clean place located a couple of blocks of the plaza in the noisy motorcycle crazy city of San Pedro. If you're driving, they have a secured parking lot right below the units. The staff keeps the place very clean and you can get your car washed for a couple of bucks! Nice little kitchenette with a colmado (little grocery) right down the street. The hotel needs a better sign. It's a bit hard to find. The address is better known as The Guaraguao car wash.

Nice Central location to the town. Room nice and spacious, primary cooking needs available.(although just for 2) Spacious frig if you want to stock up for the week.Friendly staff who are easy to find and quick to respond. Parking is avail with gate closed at night & watchman avail. I definetly plan to return to this location on my next visit. All apartments on 3rd floor with no elevator access. Stairs have no railings and can be slippery if raining, so proceed with caution.If you have more than 2 people eating, you'll need to find extra plates/cups/etc for your guests. Having dish soap & hand soap for kitchen & bathroom would be nice. Road right outside the location is quite bad with many deep potholes, so if your driving be cautious!
