Very nice seashore, palms, very calm waters in the area where the hotel is. Good food in restaurants. Although we've booked the room through booking.com 2.5 months in advance, when we came to the hotel, they did not have our reservation and tried to downgrade us to a cheaper room than what we booked. It took 2 hours and required to talk to hotel manager twice before they actually let us checkin into the room we booked. |

Super hotel : chambres entierement refaites (design, vue mer, jacuzzi sur la terrasse), super plage, resto tres correct. Le reste du complexe hotelier est un peu vieillot Probleme lors de la réservation : l'hotel a fait du surbooking et nous a reclassé dans une hotel moins bien. Heureusement nous avons pou négocier recuperer une chambre au cours de notre semaine. |

Junior Suite mit eigenem Jacuzzi Fitness (erst öffnung um 8.30, unzumutbare Geräte und nur offen bis 19 uhr, zudem sind die lausigen geräte nur 3 in der anzahl. Unter einem Fitness stellt man sich def. was anderes vor - Zudem ist der Service des Personals total ungenügend |

L'hotel est sur la plage, le jacouzi sur la terrasse, les chaises longues sur la plage en nombre suffisant Le nettoyage très tardif des chambres ( pas avant 16h ou 17h ) et le manque de propreté dans les chambres après le passage des femmes de chambre |

Le département reservation pas du tout réactif, ne réponds pas au téléphone, ni aux e-mails. La réservation de bookings.com n'était semble-t- il pas connue de l'hotel (surement du fait de leur désorganisation). Le check-in à l'hotel qui dure deux heures ( exaspérant après un vol de 10h on prefererait 10 minutes surtout dans un hotel de luxe). L'absence de navette aeroport gratuite pourtant tout proche . Le jeu constant des dominicains a passer du pesos au dollar et du dollar a l'euro en profitant de manière abusive des touristes ( 1 usd 'vaut' en moyenne 1.20 Euro alors que le cour officiel est de 1.40). |

La struttura, la camera, la spiaggia ed i servizi di ristorazione. Quasi assente e poco professionale l' animazione, specie quella sportiva, che non fa alcun uso delle possibilità, ad es.campi da tennis, da calcio, ecc., presenti nel complesso. Non adatto ai bambini. Poco presenti ospiti europei ed italiani in particolare. |
