The food was exellent, and the garden very nice kept. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and calm. It gives you the feeling of a classy place while still on a nice price. The rooms are nice and the layout is very good. Overall a good hotel for the price. The reception staff could use more training. They ask you the same questions three times, and don't look it up in to their system. I you don't insist it might appear you are not booked. Some rooms could use a freshening up from their air cooling system. |

The cleanliness of the hotel, the outside area and the gardens. Very beautiful and pleasant. The staff is horible. They are indifferent and sometimes rude! I got lots of problem with a waitress. They just don't smille and make things like if they were obligated. Closed faces, always anoying spirits. |

I did not like the hotel at all I did not like the service, it was terrible, the rooms were dirty, bad smell, room service was awful. I had to change the room three times because the rooms that they assigned us were not in decent conditions. The pool area had a vomit for more than 3 hours and even though I reported it they did not clean it. The meals were bad and a lot of flies were around it. |

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist sensationell! Man kann morgens aus dem Bett ins Wasser springen und nach dem Duschen ans das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet. Erholung pur! Und die Kinder haben das Meer, verschiedene Pools sowie ein reichhaltiges Entertainment durch Animateure-da konnte Mama auch einmal ausspannen :-) |

la servicialidad del personal que en este labora que se va la energia electrica de vez en cuando, el control del televisor no funcionava, no contestan las llamadas en sevicio al cliente y y son muy limitados los servicios de spat y retaurant |

Lo mejor de hotel es la paya y su restaurant Las Olas frente al mar, cenar con una maravillosa vista con comida de buena calidad fue de las mejores virtudes de nuestra estadia. El personal fue siempre muy amable. La habitacion estaba un poco descuidada, las paredes aniejas y habia algunas hormigas en el banio. De todas maneras fueron detalles menores que no perjudicaron el disfrute de las vacaciones, solamente cosas que se pueden (y deberian) mejorar. |

Gostei mais da localização do hotel. Ele fica a beira mar e tem uma praia particular que nos dá mais tranquilidade e segurança. O mar é bem calmo sendo excelente para toda a família. É um ambiente familiar. Sim. O meu apartamento já estava sendo usado por outra pessoa. Tive que solicitar a troca do apartamento junto à portaria do hotel. |

Le jardin de l'hotel. Présentation de la nourriture- soutout les salades et les fruits (souvent trop mûres) et mal disposés. Le olas grill (dans l'aprés midi), les frites, les pizzas, sont froides et le service laisse à désirer. Il faudrait un service continu de fast food - 1 ) en libre service , 2) chaud et non rassi et 3) plus varié. |

Nada, decidimos irnos una noche antes y no dimos explicaciones por no perder más el tiempo en ese resort. Todo, estado de las habitaciones: viejas y con mucho oxido en todos los metales( tiradores,espejos,lamparas...)sucias, sin buena calidad de imagen en la television, el aire acondicionado emitia un sonido insoportable, la bañera con chorreras amarillas, mal servicio de toallas en habitacion, sabanas de 90cm para camas de 130cm... |
