There were some people trying to take advantage of tourist at night. During the day there was a skinny guy being friendly to obtain your room information. Just don’t talk to strangers outside the Hotel.

The staff was very helpfull especially lanie at front desk, very friendly,thanks Security was an issue,especially at night,I've notice people get in and out of the hotel without being asked if they are staying there... Also the pool tiles where too slippery,that's all..

Good ratio quality/price On the sixth floor I could not sleep because of the noise coming from the street. Your windows are that bad ! Employees very very slow !

Overall facilities, japanese restaurant, pool. Rude and very unprofessional reception staff!!!!!!! New total education and attitude needed to these morons. Gumnasium is a joke and staff should get be updated.

What a bad experience! The spa was closed because of some problem. The second night the airconditioning didn't function. More than 30 degrees. The way they handled with the situation at the reception was poor. Always promosing that in 10 minutes, the problem would be solved, technical guys they would send, who never came. They gave me a reduction on the price, but I would never choose Barcelo again.

las instalaciones el servicio y la comida del restaurante la habitacion tenia un fuerte olor a humo de cigarro y cuando se solicitaba service room era demasiado lento.

Atendimento na recepção péssimo, perderam os documentos, quando fui procurado e deixarao recados não foram entregues e tampouco por telefone fui chamado quando me ligaram. Não estava registrado no apto. Também não havia no apto. O menu do mini bar e na saida queriam cobrar por bebidas que não consumi, sendo que , as diarias e extras foram pagas com cartão. Vaucher do cartão de garantia foi perdido e efetuaram pelo menos 2 em branco sendo que apenas um foi cancelado.

Ничего не понравилось. При бронировании цена интернета была 10 дол, на месте оказалось 12. Хотели дважды снять деньги за проживание, при посилении и при высилении. Пытались обмануть везде где только могли. Даже при обмене валюты, например нет здачи, зайдите завтра вернем вам 50, "завтра", уже никто ничего не хотел возвращать.

Las habitaciones y su distribucion.. Camas muy comfortables.. Baño mu practico . Ducha de seta fantastica.. Recepcion muy bonita . Sala premium en planta alta es muy agradable y su personal tambien. Tuve un inconveniente y es que me cobraron por dos personas durante toda mi estancia cuando existia una tarifa de individual.... Me entere al final y nadie quiso atender mi reclamacion... Las ventanas no se pueden abrir en la habitacion debido al ruido existente.

No me ha gustado el Hotel, la atención al cliente es muy mala, la limpieza es terrible y el entorno aun peor. Nada en el Hotel merece una mención en mi opinión. Tuve una terrible experiencia en el Hotel Barceló Santo Domingo. Nuestro proceso de check-in tardó más de 30 minutos (llegamos tarde de la noche), tuvimos que aceptar un cambio en las condiciones de la habitación (no cumplieron con la reserva original, pagada y confirmada), la limpieza de la habitación no estaba a contento, el black-out de la ventana no funcionaba, etc. Tuvimos que cambiar de hotel por la mañana.

La relacion precio - valor. Seleccione el Hotel por la recomendacion de Booking.com , y fue una muy buena decision. Tiene todos los servicios que un huesped necesita en un hotel Cambiaria la decoracion de la recepcion. La haria mas acogedora. Los muebles son feos.
