Personnel is friendly, but scarce, and tries to cope best with all the demand they have. Naturwise, the premises are excellent. Check-in and check-out is desastruous and painful. The food (quality, quantity and presentation) is just OK; the buffet area is tiny and overcrowded. Parking for cars is insufficient and the extension area is far.

Ottimo hotel il personale molto gentile, molte offerte di ristoranti, é un hotel dove si sta molto bene, relax, eccellente la spiaggia e divertente la piscina con il bar nell'acqua, Non molto costoso, ricevi di più di quanto paghi. Certamente con queste qualità di servizio noi in Italia possiamo chiudere I nostri Hotels, non potremo mai reggere una concorrenza super come questa. Complimenti alla Repubblica Dominicana per queste eccellenti qualita?.Io ritornero' certamente.

Dass wir wieder abreisen konnten. Personal der Reception war unfreundlich, liess die Leute ohne jede Aufmerksamkeit in der Hitze warten, selbst hatten sie in ihrem Bereich aber Ventilatoren. Die hatten nicht den Mut und die Ausbildung den Gästen zu sagen, dass die Zimmer noch nicht fertig sind.Wir haben so eine schlechte Reception noch nie erlebt, unglaublich. Die sind so schlecht, dass wir uns darüber noch nicht mal beschweren wollten, denn wir gingen davon aus, dass das Management oben auch nicht besser sein kann! Publikum des Hotels: Viele Besoffene, schwer Übergewichtige, tätowierte und unhöfliche Leute im Hotel. Das grosse Bufetrestaurant ist wie eine Betriebskantine, dunkel, 4 Stufen unten, wie in einem Untergeschoss. Das Essen ist mässig aber akzeptabel. Den Weisswein den die dort hatten, als Tischwein an zu bieten ist eine erstaunliche Sache, wer den ausgewählt hat ist einfach unqualifiziert, so etwas bietet man nicht an, schenkt man nicht aus, das war ein wieteres Zeichen für Unfähigkeit. Dem Hotel fehlt karibisches Flair durchgehend, obwohl die Gartenanlage schön gemacht und gepflegt ist. Durch die verschachtelte Bauweise kommt sie zu wenig zur Geltung. Laute Klimaanlage.Pappbecherorgie an den Bars. Handtuchbelegerei im ganzen Hotelbereich-Pool und Strand. Bauliche Anordnung des Hotels so. dass keine Anbindung Beziehung zum Strand zu sehen ist.

Chambres propres....piscine bien tenue....show....animation Buffet...pas terrible, alcool de basse qualite et mauvais mixte...service au check in et check out.....trop lent....rien dans le mini bar....
