The beach, sand, sun and architecture of this resort are incredible. Dominican drinks and food are dazzling, exceptional and rich in mixture and variety. There was an energy shut off due to weather unpredictable strike, but the hotel management was not diligent enough to solve it in a timely manner or inform to the guesses appropriately before causing inconvenience. |

The pool is very nice. Very slow check in process, my iPod was stolen from our room and I was informed that without "proof" they could not help, not enough waiters to serve at the bars. |

Good food and drinks, friendly staff at food corners, very nice beach, cleanliness of swimming pools Not enough linnen, towels, rooms were cleaned only in the evenings, during our staying for 5 nights bed linnen was not changed even once! Though we left a special note on top of the bed. No bath mats at all. |

excellent view and good staff When i arrived the mini bar was warm and there was only warm beer.The the airconditioning leaked from the batroom and water on floor. |

Il personale è molto gentile e i servizi sono buoni. Il cibo offerto è buono e l'albergo è ben mantenuto. 3 volte è capitato che non abbiamo avuto il servizio di pulizie della camera. |

la playa es muy hermosa y el mar tambien. La ubicacion muy buena el servicio y la falta de aire acondicionado que nunca fue reparado. Personal muy poco atento especialmente la señora a cargo de las toallas de playa. Poco mantenimiento y limpieza de las sillas de playa y la piscina |

Absolutamente nada me ha gustadao, tienen buenas instalaciones pero no tienen buena gerencia, la electricidad se fue en la noche, en el dia, el aire no funciono, el check in fue insoportable y el check out nunca aparecio alguien para atenderme en 25 min que estuve esperando La atencion y gerencia, la electricidad se fue y la planta electrica no funciono, no tiene una estrategia de contingencia para eventos asi, en el check in ni para el chek out. El sistema de las computadoras no tiene un respaldo propia aparte del sistema global, eso es muy malo y absolutamente incomprensible para un hotel de esas magnitudes. A mi parecer la Gerencia es deficiente al menos en el area de check in y ckeck out |

la beaute du site et de sa construction / le fait que tous les restaurants et activites soient assez proches le service et l animation sportive etait deplorable / Impossible de dormir tranquille la nuit car beaucoup de jeunes souls trainent partout en hurlant dans l hotel sans que la direction et la securite n interviennent / la proprete des chambres etaient limite / vraiment un bien mauvais resort |

The price. It took way too much time to get checked in and out and I found the staff really unfriendly especially since I left the hotel without a bill regarding my accommodation (stupid excuses where found to avoid issuing me with a bill at the end of my staying and only after a long and hard discussion with the manager I was proven how much I paid with my credit card-it is a pretty stupid thing to explain,... |
