Free wifi in room free parking on site. Property is right on the beach and the rooms surround a pool. Basic breakfast available in the small bar by the pool. Rooms were clean, large with a balcony and basically furnished with an adequate kitchenette

Our booking .com booking stated the meal plan was breakfast included, which we assumed would be the standard coffee, fruit, toast and eggs but there was a priced menu in the room and the on site staff, who do not speak English, clearly thought we should be paying for our breakfast. The owner is not always on site and had to be contacted by phone to sort things out which he did but this is something that needs to be addressed and clearly stated on the priced menu, as it is embarrassing for guests to have this hassle at the end of their stay. The apartments are about 2 kms out of the centre of Cabarete, the sort of distance that is difficult if you do not have a car. We tried walking along the beach into the town in the morning but had to turn back due to the high tide.

Hector ontvangt je hartelijk en geeft je alle praktische tips die je nodig hebt. Super! Hij is eerlijk en betrouwbaar. Ook voordat je er bent, beantwoordt hij al je mogelijke vragen via e-mail. Hij heeft ook ons luchthavenvervoer perfect geregeld voor een faire prijs. Hotel is rustig gelegen en 's morgens is het een mooie wandeling naar Cabarete Bay (of centrum). 'S Avonds best taxi terug nemen. Kamer wordt elke dag gepoetst en twee keer per week krijg je propere lakens. Het is een kleine accommodatie, dus je bent op het gemak, maar er is wel altijd iemand aanwezig. Overdag Andres en de hele nacht is er ook een heel lieve nachtwaker aanwezig (die zelfs met plezier een grote spin voor ons doodsloeg;-) Andres is een goeie kok (probeer zeker zijn French toasts met vers fruit als ontbijt) en een lieve man, het is wel moeilijk communiceren met hem als je niet goed Spaans kan. Het ontbijt dat in de prijs van het verblijf is inbegrepen bestaat enkel uit toast, boter en confituur en koffie/thee/water. Je kan tegen zeer redelijke prijzen eieren (alle bereidingen), vers fruit, verloren brood (French toast),... Krijgen. Ook 's middags is er tegen betaling iets te krijgen (sandwiches) en de hele dag en avond frisdrank en cocktails,... Maar dit hebben wij niet geprobeerd omdat we op het strand waren een hele dag. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding! Cabarete is zeker veilig genoeg als je alleen met meiden op vakantie komt als je een beetje oppast (zoals overal). Als je graag uitgaat, moet je wel een beetje karakter hebben om op te blijven tot een uur of 23u.-24u. want dan begint het daar pas (wel leuk!). En wij hadden de indruk dat het daar vooral ook in het weekend (zaterdagavond) ambiance was, in de week wat rustiger.

Op het eerste gezicht ziet de badkamer er wat afgeleefd uit, maar het is er wel erg netjes. De kleerkast (en het kastje onder de lavabo in de badkamer) is eigenlijk niet te gebruiken, er hangt een erge geur. (Wij hadden een kamer met 2 2-persoonsbedden (geen appartement) op het gelijkvloers)

The property is beautiful and the location is right on the beach. Andres,reception staff, greeted us and showed us around. He made sure we were comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. The ocean view from the balcony was spectacular. The hotel has backup power so during one of the frequent DR outages we only lost the A/C for a few hours and never lost lights or TV. I wish we could have stayed longer!

カバレテのはずれにあり、グアグアかコンチョで行かないと、ソスアからタクシー料金が嵩みます。コンドミニ- アムタイプでキッチンがついているため、食材を持ち込めば、楽しめます。ビーチサイドで、プールもあり、静- かに過ごすことができます。

ソスアから離れていて、少し不便です。波も高く、藻も少しあり、泳ぐには少し難があります。プールがありま- すが、小さいです。

STAFF - Hector, the owner, was super helpful and friendly. Very accessible (in perfect English or Spanish) via email prior to our arrival and he was available via cellphone to help us find the hotel when we arrived in the dark and couldn't find it. Andreas - the main staff person - was great, too. Really friendly and helpful (in Spanish) and made great breakfast. ROOMS - VERY nice, spacious rooms, with nice airy feel. Very tasteful, quality, simple design with nice character. Very clean. We had a poolside suite, which was excellent, very spacious with a great patio, great bathroom, high ceilings, and still had a good ocean view, even though not technically an oceanview suite. PREMISES & POOL - Very, very clean and well maintained. I really appreciated how nice the pool, grounds, and eating area were maintained. Hector, Andreas and team treat the place with care. Beautiful clean pool, perfectly relaxing and refreshing with a view of the ocean. FOOD - We were only there for a night and day, so we only had breakfast in the morning and a beer the night before, but the breakfast was excellent - we had made-to-order french toast and potatoes, coffee, juice. The outdoor eating area is lovely: a poolside area underneath a thatched roof or arbor with some tables and a bar. Sitting at the bar for breakfast in the morning sunshine and talking to our fellow guests was so relaxing and satisfying. We wished we were able to stay and do the same for dinner/drinks. Our Presidentes on our private patio the night before were great. :-) LOCATION & OCEAN - This was a a relaxing, oceanfront location. The beach in front of the premises was nicer than I expected and a good place to lay out and spend the day on the beach. It was about a 5 minute ride on a moto (about a 20 minute walk on the road) into the town of Cabarete.
