Lots of green and beautiful beach. The hotel's hired photographer takes very bad pictures that cost 10 dollars. Ridiculous! ( and by the way the romantic dinner picture supposed to be free of charge )

The beach is very nice and swimming pool at site. iNTERESTING trail trough mongrols. beautiful nature trails. Terrible bad smell from a waste plant partially on the trail. not sufficient internet connections available.food( exept nice xmas dinner) always the same, and breakfast closing to early if you like to sleep in.

The all inclusive food selection was quite good. The rooms were dirty, and smelled like sewer gas. When the bathroom shower or faucets were turned on, the water backed up within seconds. The staff was not helpful and refused to allow us to be moved to another room.

the staff at the Platinim club lounge, being a Platinum club memeber, the Licey and the Chopin Restaurants, the rides to the sister hotels, the ecological pathways, the rapid bus movements around the hotel, the Prestige beach chairs and beds, Too many servers during each meal, no ashtrays on the walking trails, the large window in the bathroom door of our room lets too much light through. More lights are needed along the bridge, especially the entrance way to the ecological pathway bridge,

La ubicación del hotel es buena y cuenta con playas bonitas y amplias. -Infraestructura vieja, no tienen habitaciones de no fumadores, sin embargo en la página las ofrecen y no es verdad, todas las habitaciones y lencería huelen a cigarrillo, lamentable y desagradable. -El Lobby del Hotel es viejo y oscuro. -La calidad de los licores ofrecidos en el "todo incluido" ds baja. -Para ser un hotel de lujo las dos piscinas no son representativas, son pequeñas para la infraestructura actual y carecen de servicios al huesped. -La calidad del servicio y la atención del personal no es la mejor, fueron displicentes y descomedidos. En General parece un hotel de tres estrellas y no de cinco.

Instalaciones, servicios y personal muy buenos. No usen moneda local, es mejor en dólares. Si compran pesos gastenlos todos Solo en zona de playa un poco enfadoso tanta insistencia por algún paseo, pero no es personal del hotel

La tranquilidad que se logra para descansar y sus playas muy limpias, Excelente el personal. No posee Internet libre, provisto por el hotel. La internet que se contrataba para conectarse con la Lapton en la habitacion no tenia disponibilidad por cantidad de unidades, todas ocupadas durante nuestra estadia 11 dias.

Lo unico que nos gustó fue el trato del personal y la comida del resturante principal! Por lo demás todo fue pesimo La comida de los resturantes por reservación fue pesima y en general las habitaciones no cumplieronn con mis expectativas de un hotel 5 estrellas y menos por el precio que pagamos por la estadía. Quedamos muy defraudados y definitivamente no volvemos. Alquilé 3 habitaciones. Lo más desagradable es la forma de cobrar por lo que no estaba incluído. Las habitaciones tenían mal olor porque las sábanas olían a humedad, no tenían el jacuzzi que aparecía en la foto de la propaganda, los colchones estaban vencidos y las almohadas también.

Praticamente tudo, o quarto foi excelente, a praia linda, boa comida...etc Das vendas de passeios e fotos, pois os funcionários insistem muito, de alguns funcionários do bar que davam preferencia pra quem desse gorjeta e da disco que poderia ter um dj com músicas mais diversificadas e atuais

Территория, ночной клуб, персонал в барах, поздний chek-out. В целом хорошо. Нелепая система бронирования ресторанов, и сами рестораны а-ля карт. Вкуснее и больше выбор в центральном. Неудобные лежаки на пляже, и сложно найти свободный. Местные вина невкусные, а альтернативы им особо нет. Нет Wi-Fi. При высокой стоимости ехать смысла туда нет.

хороший пляж,достаточное количество лежаков(в начале июня),ухоженная территория.море и пальмы.комфортабельный номер(за исключением шумного кондиционера). ежедневная очередь при бронировании ресторанов(не факт,что забронируешь тот ресторан,который хотел).однообразное меню.скучная анимация.шумный кондиционер в комнате.платный Wi-Fi.

Es un buen hotel con una playa muy linda. La comida estuvo buena. Las instalaciones también. La atención del personal no es tan atento como otros hoteles en los que hemos estado. Las tiendas del hotel son muy malas y la atención es pesima, en especial la del pequeño supermercado. Reclamamos y nos dijeron que esas tiendas no pertenecen al hotel lo cual nos deja desconcertados porque uno va de vacaciones a un lugar y no está pensando si esto o aquello forma parte o no del hotel. En general bien pero podría seleccionar otro hotel de mejor calidad en nuestra proxima visita. La atención del personal en especial la de las tiendas y la suciedad en el area de las piscinas. No limpian la playa diariamente como debieran ya que hay muchos turistas de europa oriental que fuman mucho y dejan las colillas de cigarrillo en la arena. Las reposeras o sillas en la playa están muy sucias. Como es un hotel antiguo hay cosas que no funcionan, como el jacuzzi y la puerta de entrada a la habitación. Llamamos a mantenimiento y la arreglaron temporalmente.
