We really enjoyed being platinum, it's worth the extra splurge. The staff was so friendly and ready to get you whatever you needed. This resort is so big and it does take time to service everyone which results in longer wait times for certain things like room requests (extra blankets and pillows) we had the opportunity to visit the other princess resorts being platinum and we took advantage of that. The caribe was wonderful as well. Our room was right next to the beach so we didn't have far to walk or wait for a cart to pick us up... Bonus of being platinum. The food at all restaurants was very good. If you go platinum be sure to try the Rio Grande at the punta Cana princess. Wonderful wonderful food if you like Mexican. I will be visiting this resort against for sure but not before I go and experience other countries first.

The decoration was nice. It seems like the administration still cares about the appearance of the hotel.

The food was terrible. There is not variety. Some of the staff make faces to you when you ask them nicely for something that is totally part of their job. I believe that if you pay for a service, you must get at least a descent treatment from them. My boyfriend and I wanted to have dinner in one of the Japanese restaurants where they have the grill show. The person sitting the guests told us that we can't go in because the table is for 8 people. He did not offer to be sit with other group or wait for another group to complete the table. Sorry, but we definitely did not like the hotel... :-S

The location of the rooms №200-240 are not very comfortable, it was noisy there because of any building near. We asked to move to anothere room.

Долгие интервалы между движением транспорта внутренних перевозок по территории, лучше использавать электрокары.

Le très grand confort de la chambre. La gentillesse et le professionnalisme de tous les employés. La propreté intérieur et extérieur.

La nourriture. Les sorties et les extra dont les pris sont exorbitants pour mon budget. Le fait que l'agence marmara essaye d'arnaquer les clients de l'hôtel, leurs manières de procéder est honteuse. Les clients laissent traîner leurs ordures.

- Le jardin, sa conception, son entretien ; - l'amabilité du personnel ;

Surtout a eviter - clientèle nord américaine, bruyante, mal élevée, essentiellement obèse, toujours en train de manger et de boire ; - nourriture proposée adaptée à cette clientèle, insipide et dénuée d'intérêt ; - DAB toujours en panne, bureau de change qui prend 17 % de commission ; - inondation due au voisin du dessus à 2 h du matin : il faut menacer pour que la réception se décide à envoyer quelqu'un ; aucune compensation ne sera proposée, mais on me ferra payer 89 USD pour conserver la chambre le dernier jour après 12 h ; - à mon avis pour le même prix Clubmed 4 tridents, c'est beaucoup mieux.

El personal ha sido muy simpático y servicial, además de ser un hotel muy familiar que tiene entretención tanto para grandes y pequeños. Bailes, Show durante la noche e hidromasaje en la habitación, ha sido una estancia increíble.

El único defecto, es que no ofrece internet en la habitación, en el lobby se encuentra Wifi pero hay que pagar USD$15 diarios.

Прекрасная, зеленая территория. Пляж чудесный, лежаков всем хватает. Питание разнообразное, довольно вкусно.

Номера просторные, хорошая обстановка, но в них очень сыро.

Gostei muito da infra estrutura do hotel, fiquei hospedada com minha filha de 1 ano e meio e quando eu cheguei o quarto já estava arrumado com berço. As babás do hotel são ótimas (10 dólares por hora), e todo o pessoal muito atencioso e simpático. O café da manhã é feito para agradar turistas de todas as partes do mundo.

As sobremesas servidas em todos os restaurantes são bem simples.

Os bangalôs são deliciosos tanto arquitetonicamente como confortavelmente. Parece que estamos em um sítio, bem amigável. O paisagismo é maravilhoso e os bangalôs são rodeados de verde, o que muito me agrada. É possível ficar na varanda admirando as plantas. A comida é boa e a praia deliciosa. A programação noturna no hotel é muito boa e nem precisamos sair do hotel.

Como ficamos 15 dias no hotel, então a comida vai ficando a mesma. Mas, para quem fica 5 e 7 dias, que é a maioria das pessoas, não vai nem sentir isso. Algumas vezes o atendimento é meio lento para servir bebidas, mas nada que incomodará demais. Não tivemos nenhum problema.

главные достоинства отеля - очень зеленая территория с множеством разнообразных деревьев, кустов и цветов, на редкость доброжелательный персонал, уютные номера - все они находятся в виллах. по территории ходят павлины, фламинго, утки, гуси. территория огромная. но самое лучшее - пляж и океан. прекрасный вход в воду, нет приливов-отливов, большой волны, в любое время есть свободные лежаки и место под зонтами. большой бассейн с баром в воде и островом неправильной формы. на пляже постоянно ходят официанты - разносят напитки. пляж, честно скажу, лучше, чем даже на гавайях и барбадосе. кстати, дует бриз - смягчает жару, комфортно и приятно.

важно попасть на виллы, расположенные ближе к пляжу и бассейну, и особенно не по соседству с комплексом очистных сооружений - гудит. есть номера, требующие ремонта. но всегда можно потребовать поменять номер. питание по сравнению с нашей предыдущей поездкой стало хуже: говядина всегда очень жесткая, рыба не всегда вкусная, из довольно большого ассортимента порой можно выбрать лишь два - три действительно стоящих блюда. морепродукты в основном ресторане редкие гости, настоящее изобилие было лишь на новый год. рестораны а ля карт неплохие, но не более того, за исключением "тануки" и "Licay". в ресторане на пляже в обед можно не дождаться официанта и так и не выпить бокал вина или пива.

Hotel excelente, otima estrutura, luxuoso, otima comida, otimos funcionarios, otima localizacao. Me hospedei na suite lua de mel, e recomendo a todos os casais... Simplesmente confortabilissima.

Nao gostei dos rapazes que ficam vendendo pacotes no saguao do hotel. E pelo o que percebi, isso eh mto normal na cidade. Cuidado ao passar pelo shopping que fica no complexo do Melia, existe uma loja do Melia que o rapaz muito esperto, te convence com o carisma...

Suites de très bon confort, dans un parc tropical magnifique... Restauration de qualité et service efficace et sympathique. Plage de rêve, sable blanc, cocotiers...

Circulation de véhicules à moteur polluants dans le parc (navettes, livraisons): il serait intéressant de les remplacer le plus possible par des véhicules électriques Attention, une zone du parc (vers les bungalows 180 à 220) est soumise à la nuisance sonore (et olfactive) de la station de relevage des eaux usées de l'hôtel, mais cela ne représente qu'une toute petite partie de l'établissement par ailleurs vraiment magnifique Equipement de sports nautiques (windsurf...) indigent... Plage peu adaptée au windsurf (vent de face et vagues.. ) et circulation incessante de canots à moteur pour les activités payantes (parachute ascensionnel, etc.) Pas de possibilité d'accéder a la barrière de corail pour le snorkeling... à moins de payer une excursion assez onéreuse... En bref, destination idéale pour le farniente mais peu adaptée à des vacances sportives.
