Cancellation
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
One child from 0 to 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One further child from 4 to 11 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
100 percent of the first three nights will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Guests have an extensive choice of restaurant and a variety of dining options at the Bavaro Resort & Spa. These include:
Higüero for buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sombrero – a Mexican poolside restaurant.
Shangay – which serves a range of Asian dishes, also poolside.
Mamma Mia - an Italian restaurant, again poolside.
La Creperie – is located at the Bavaro’s sister hotel, but guests are free to eat here.
Snack Bar
Please note that reservations for all of the above restaurants should be made in advance at the Public Relations desk (with the exception of Higüero and the snack bar).
There are also a couple of gourmet restaurants which are not included in the all inclusive package as follows:
La Cava – a gourmet air-conditioned restaurant poolside.
El Pescador – a fish and shellfish restaurant located on the beach.
The hotel also offers 4 bars serving a selection of drinks and cocktails.
The hotel is situated approximately 17 km from the airport and approximately 60 km from the city of Higuey.
There is a shopping centre, pharmacy and taxi rank just 600m away from the hotel.
