The buffet and the pool were ok. The pricing was good as well.

The eighties room decoration, staff negligence and the all-around "so tourist vibe". As a matter of fact some staff members are cynical and rude.

Overcrowded beach and pool facilities, nowhere to go...

I like the layout of the resort, everything was close and easy to find. I loved the layout of the family rooms, there was a loft with two double beds and then downstairs there was a single bed, and a couch. The room was very spacious.

I did not like breakfast at the resort. The bread was stale, and because the pastries were warmed in the metal pans, they tasted tinny. The breakfast menu was strange as well. No ham or bacon for example, sauteed chicken strips, stewed tomatoes..come on guys!

I love the services and the food was so good Everything was excellent .

The garden and the beach

Extremely bad food Nothing to eat as vegetarian and to be fresh. Poor in cooking fresh or dietetic. No icecream 2 days and no fresh fruits Extremely bad services. No towels in the room 2 times. No hot water in the room 2 days. Telephone not working. Personel unpolite and uneducated. Not smilling not apologizing no thank you!

The hotel was really nice for the price you pay. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and sheets as well. The stuff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, especially Frank, just make sure you ask someone who speaks English. They even gave us a "courtesy room" to take a shower there on the day we had to leave, cuz our flight was way after check-out time. As for excursions, I would recommend "Blue"-- they're right in the lobby, went to Saona Island with them and loved it, everything was on time, the bus was comfortable. The food was great, always fresh bread, fruit, fish, ice cream- be ready to gain some pounds while there :) the beach was also nice and clean with palm trees in case you need some shade, lots of cute little shops in about 5 mins walk on the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're going to Punta Cana and would stay there again as well.

On the nice sunny days make sure you go to the beach first thing in am, if you sleep in like we did, you might find out all the sunbeds are taken :) Just a warning: be ready to meet a lot, and I mean a lot of Russians there, with all the drinking, smoking, being not always polite and assuming everybody speaks their language, but it's not hotel's fault really:))

It is a beautiful resort, with very kind staff, good food, lots of cocktails, overall generous! The beach is fabulous!

There could be a few more beach beds available as they were soon all occupied.

It is the perfect hotel for the persons, who want spend their free time on the wonderful beach under the palms. The beach is very clean. The rest at the hotel was interesting. Every day we were taking part in the entertainment activity. The most of the people were from Russia and Canada.

Only one minus I can note - no existed life-guard service on the beach.

The beach was nice and the pool was lovely. One bartender named Alejandro was nice. The weather was beautiful.

The staff was rude and not helpful. The majority of patrons were from Russia with very bad manners. The food was terrible. There was never enough beach chairs. The sheets were not cleaned. The shower didn't work and so the water barely came out. There was no plug for the tub so baths were out of the question. The beach was full of locals trying to sell you stuff, constantly being bugged all day long. Just don't go there.

The all inclusive really pays off. The drinks were very good.

Some facilities need to go through a renovation. In my room the remote control of the tv was not working and in the bathroom a part of the roof was broken. In addition I guess there are not enough chairs at the beach for all guests.

The entertainment was excellent, both on the beach as well as the theatre. Reception and was good and most of the bars positioned well.

The food! Most of the meat was greatly over cooked although there were alternatives. On the beach everyone is constantly being hassled by pedlars. The beach was narrow due to the vast number of Palm trees. Not enough choice of restaurants to book for evening meals.

The hotel was great, the location and beach access was easy. There where many bars across the property. The peacocks were a nice addition.

The food was absolutely horried, the staff was extremely rude, entertainment was anything but entertaining. The bars all closed to early. You had to wake up extremely early to get a spot on the beach. There were way too many pine type of trees on the beach causing shade in spots, and pine needels and pinecones to be discomfort when walking. The beach was littered with trash. Also, being limited on when to make reservations for the other restaurants on the property was not easy.

Everything else were just great. The beach, view from our room(junior suit) ect.

We did not like the food, it was more than bad, every day same. The place was overrun by rusians, and they do not know how to behave among civilized people. It was difficult to get help from reception when it was needed.

Service was slow and unresponsive definitely not a 4 star hotel, very little in dinning experiences I found food to be on the bland side, not what I would expect from DR

The garden is very beautiful. The swimming pools are big and clean. The view îs wonderful and everything îs clean.

There are too many families with children, the rooms are not so clean, the Food îs not so good but it's variate. 90% of the staff îs not speaking english. Everything that belongs to the complex ( doctor, spa, store) are very expensive for that country. The services of the hotel and the rooms are 3 stars, the gardian and swimming pools 4 stars. Per total îs a good choice but there îs room for better

The room I stayed was very nice, front to the beach. The hotel is not as bad as people say. The a la carte restaurants are very nice, the food is way better.

The beach is too dirty from the trees. The buffet is horrible, you will probably live eating pasta the hole time. The excursions on the hotel are very expensive. Buy with the guys selling it, but always bargain the price to a very low standard. If he says us$ 100, try it for us$ 40/50.

Nice outside and inside tropical design, clean sea, security, activities, good food, animals (mini-zoo).

A bit far from shopping areas - but so many hotels in Bavaro are...

I liked almost everything.

I did not like the fact that we did not have internet access free, and also the TV channels limitations.

Everything!! After moving here from an unsafe misrepresented apartahotel, this place was amazing!! the staff are wonderful and the hotel is beautiful everything you need is here!! My 12 year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Cold water in the pool and specialy in the outdoor hot tub.

the only thing I don't like is that they repeat the food all the time. I have been there before and this is I think my 2nd or 3rd time and is the same. With the food they have to have variety, not the same every day

Staff very nice, room was clean, our room was facing the beach. plenty of space in our room, bathroom was comfortable. Food was a plenty and well prepared.
