Excellent location very good breakfast nice room with AC very nice staff
No hot water in the shower (which we reported to the owner but was not fixed)
Great breakfast. Fan and A/C. Good location. Clean.
Mosquitoes in the room. May be unavoidable.
Service, breakfast, whirpool, terrace with a nice view, cleanliness and free wi-fi.
Didn't take credit cards. Furniture was somewhat worn out (needed painting). Decoration was average. They need to invest more in interior design.
Mr.Manuel & his team was very helpful !!!! nice service,,,,, Very good B'fast including in the room rate. Comfortable room.Good air conditioning, good TV channels,,,,,Hot water at all times....Quite location but still, very central.....walking distance to most restaurants
Wi-Fi was not available in room. However,we got info. on the issue . Hopefully they can resolve the issue. Wi-Fi was available upstairs on the terrace
The staff was excellent, very spacious rooms.
The breakfast was good. WiFi better than most (was even able to watch Netflix and Skype) Location was almost great. Would probably stay again. Peaceful rooftop to sit and read on.
A lot of construction going on on the street and the bar on the opposite corner was being a little noisy the first night. Water temperature in the shower would go from hot to cold to extremely hot. Doesn't accept credit cards.
It was a great location for seeing the old part of the city which is what we wanted. The terrace on top of the two floors (no elevator) was pleasant to sit in to read, enjoy the view and breakfast. Emmanuel was very pleasant and helpful.
This is not a luxury hotel so don't expect much. It is clean and comfortable which is all we needed for one night. The green lights in the online photos nearly put me off as making it seem tacky and like a disco. They really just made it seem cooler and more tranquil. We were there while they were doing major reconstruction to the roads so it was impossible to drive right to it. Luckily a tourist guide stepped forward and led our driver to the next street and he walked us to it. It was noisy during the day with workers but otherwise a very quiet location.
Great location in a safe, beautiful part of the Colonial Zone. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent coffee and a delicious breakfast.
The price is a little higher than what I normally pay, but the right price for the quality of the hotel.
Manuel the owner (from France) was very accommodating and went with us to park our vehicle and to give us some advice on restaurants. He is a great resource. Breakfast was very good and pleasant on the upper terrace. There was constant AC and hot water, two things I value a lot and the bed was very comfortable compared to similar hotels. The bathroom was very clean.
The internet is sketchy. Service varies from good (about 20% of the time) to impossible (about 20%) and is weak the rest of the time by US standards. I think modem needs rebooted at times and struggles to reach all the rooms. Mine was one floor above. The place seemed very clean, but close inspection of the floor showed some small piles of hair and dirt. A mop could cure that quickly. Bathroom was very clean though and that is most important. I would stay here again. A good value for the area.
