The friendliness of the staff was amazing. The food was excellent and abundant. There were always activities organized to keep one busy and in motion. The crowd was quite diverse, from single men like me, to honeymooners, couples with kids, and retirees. The evening shows organized by the animatores were incredible, and all animatores had energy for everyone. I could not name a single unpleasant episode.

Very good hotel ! It is 4*, but I think that it"s 5*. We was here in september off 2009. I think that the hotel is stand better. The good location on the middle off Dom.Rep in Carib sea, so the weather is better. This place is one off the best for diving. The free Wi-Fi in the room is very comfortable (it was no in 2009) and very help us in our work. I think, that we come here again. The animation in 2009 was better.

The staff was extremely polite, very helpful, and accommodating to our needs. The food was good and the amenities where great. The first room we where placed in had issues with the bathroom. The bathroom smelled pretty bad as if there was something wrong with the pipes / sewer system. Then they moved us to another room, and we found that the room in front of the new room also had the bad sewer smell as if the building where the rooms where located had an issue with the pipes or sewer system. Also, the air conditioner in our room did not work properly, it did not cool the room very well...

Beach was beautiful! Room was large and spacious. Staff was very friendly and inclusive. Food had a great variety of options and was overall good. Drinks were good as well! Grounds were beautifully landscaped. No significant dislikes. Food quality could be improved. Bed was a little hard. Drinks did not seem to pack too big a punch (even when large shots of liquor were poured). Breakfast closed at 10am, but there is also a snack bar that fills in before buffet re-opens for lunch.

It was like a paradise... really loved everything in there and could not believe how less we paid for it... did not like those kids discos every evening in the main bar... first night it was funny but other nights just annoying when u are not travelling with kids...

Территория отеля - тропический сад, очень красиво! Питание приличное. Пляж очень хороший, бары на пляже предлагают неплохие угощения. Ананасы! Очень вкусные!:) Убираются в номерах хорошо, много европейцев, американцев. Атмосфера уютная, доброжелательная. Не поравились комары по ночам. Не то что бы их много, но открыть балкон невозможно, один два залетят и будут всю ночь мучать. В отделе средства защиты на подобии раптора. Не продаются, берите с собой из дома.

Il catalonia gran dominicus e' un piccolo paradiso immerso nel grande paradiso dei caraibi, ove la "felicita' " regna dal mattino fino a notte. Abbiamo viaggiato in tutto il mondo e, giuro, che non abbiamo mai riscontrato tanti aspetti positivi in un villaggio all inclusive, come al catalonia. Questo e' un vero "all inclusive" siamo alla perfezione assoluta: dalla disponibilita' , cortesia e gentilezza della reception (es. Melfis), pronti a risolvere ogni problema , alla professionalita', competenza, discrezione e simpatia di tutto lo staff dell'animazione. E poi cosa dire del cibo:" eccellente" . I ristoranti all'interno del villaggio: bellissimi e con vitto di ottimo livello. Vogliamo parlare della pizzeria? Aperta fino a notte fonda, e con qualita' di pizze che potrebbero sbalordire persino un buon napoletano. E poi I camerieri, attenti ,educati, sorridenti, rispettosi, gentili, mai scostanti, sia nei ristoranti che al bar principale, e nessuno escluso. Il rapporto qualita'/prezzo e' assolutamente positivo.in poche parole: una vacanza da sogno vissuta nell'allegria e soddisfazione piu' totale . le camere sono pulitissime e comode. Da sconsigliare solo ai nemici!!!!!!

Прекрасное месторасположение. Живописная природа. Очень удобно добираться от аэропорта Ла Романа. Всегда солнце и отсутствие сильного ветра, чего не скажешь про Баваро. Территория очень ухоженная, приветливый и внимательный персонал.

Se destacan por sobre todo la atencion del personal que si bien en Rep. Dominicana son hospitalaraios pues aqui mucho mas, hacendo de ello un estadia muy buena. Si bien el hotel no es lujo esta hoy en muy buenas condiciones de mantenimiento funciona todo muy bien y se ven permanentes tareas de restauracion. No me gusto el mobiliario que si bien esta en perfecto funcionamiento me parece ya demaciado, desactualizado y gastado.

Establecimiento pensado para personas mayores o sin ganas de complicación alguna en sus viajes. A mi,personalmente, no me han gustado demasiadas cosas de este lugar. Hay que tener en cuenta que no es mi estilo a la hora de disfrutar vacaciones. El wi-fi no funciona.

Lo mejOr ha sido el staff de animation. La playa y el mar espectaculares. Las comidas muy buenas y variadas. Recommendable tanto para parejas como para grupos de amigos. Sin dudas volveria a elegir el mismo hotel.

La pulizia sia nelle camere che nell'area dell'hotel.la cucina molto abbondante e di buon gusto. Anche se accoglienti le camere non sono presentabili per un'hotel di 4 stelle.
