Nothing but the bech.
Everything. No ac, water, elevators and electric. The food was awful. They did nothing to make us happy. $40 each way from airport. The room was gross. Prepaid for 3 nights, left first morning even though they wouldn't check us out. Visa refunded money for two nights. It left a bad feeling of domican republic.
HOTEL FACILITIES ARE OLD, DIRTY AND NEGLECTED. NO FRIENDLY STAFF. NO FOOD VARIETY. NO ACTIVITY AND ENTERTAINMENT.
The staff was friendly. All inclusive meat exactly that. Room, drinks, and food included at no additional cost. Nice programs and shows overall.
The check-in system is broken. It took forever to check-in into our room. Like almost an hour waiting in line. That was horrible!

There's no option for restaurants, activities for the young people like teenagers, and the instalations needs an extreme make-over!
The front line staff did their best but they were fighting a loosing battle.
they nickeled and dime you for just about everything, food was poor,rooms needed serious cleaning,tub and floors weren't cleaned in the week I stayed there .Complaints were so frequent I just got worn out.

The noise around the pool and the beach . They said that noise was music. Some people, like me, wants the music of the sea, the wind,the birds....and to enjoy the silence. If I want music I`ll go to the Disco.
Well made up rooms gives the feeling of relaxing and satisfaction.Have sufficient space in side and out side the room. Very close to sea give excellent feeling even in late night.very well arranged ambiances like out side stage performances, Disco and of course drink at required places. Thanks Coral Costa Caribe .
Poor reception, staffing at reception should have welcoming charm in their face. I you ask information they are not aware passing it on to other staff need change and keep some good smiling faces there.
The staff was friendly and courteous.
The hotel is old and not well kept. The bathroom didn't look or feel clean and the bed was rock hard. The selection of food at the buffet was very limited at each meal. I would not recommend this hotel
Location, most wait staff friendly.
Property was rundown. No hot water, noisy A/C etc. etc. Would not recomment to anybody even for half price.
Pretty much NOTHING
The hotel was very run down and dirty. The first room smelled black mold, my husband is a contractor and he can smell that a mile away. The food was very poor. The sound of the Kareoke was very poor. I will never stay there again or recommended to anyone else.

Was nothing as i expected. What i saw in advertisement not even close. The only good thing was the restaurant "El Fogon". The food was excellent but overaw not happy at all.

No AC in room, food was horrible, no hot water for part of the trip, toilet was leaking, no towels in room on 3 occasions, liquor was diluted with water reported to Mgr. on duty couple of times and was told that I should write a letter to get a refund.
The staff at the buffet were great....rafael ,jesus and fernando from the sports bar were exellent..I did not like the resort.but just because of their friendliness and attention will do it again.great staff.....thank you guys
I didn't like room service.bathroom was dirty and towels were not provide on a daily basis.aftwr we had put the dirty one on the floor.facility needs lots of improvement....
The staff was very customer oriented and eager to assist with any request. The pool areas and beach were very well maintained which created a great relaxing environment.
There was very low water pressure in the showers located in the room. The water temperature in the showers were cool at best. The toliets did not flush properly half of the time. This must have been one of the best hotels during the time that it was constructed about 50 years ago. Understandably it requires a lot of maintenance to keep it up to standard.
My friends had a good time and they enjoyed their stay.
I bought this gateway as a present for my friend, who just got married. I was trying to pay for the gift before he and his new wife got there. I actually called a day before from Atlanta Georgia (long distance) to execute the payment, but nobody answer the phone. This was on December 25th, Christmas day. I called booking.com and a staff member, very efficient and pleasant handled my call to inform me that the Hotel was not going to be able to process my payment because it was a holyday. I understood and decided to call the next day before the check in time. December 26th at around 12:00pm I called again. The phone rang for a long time before it was answered, the person who answered spoke to fast, I was only able to understand the name of the hotel. After being transferred several time they transfer my call to a girl, I don't remember her name. She was patient and polite, but not friendly, and she tried to help. However She was not able to get my email address correctly because she never send me the authorization form that was required. I couldn't understand why, so I ask for email. This way she could just reach out to me. I call her several time, and the answer was that she got my e-mail but for some reason she was not able to email me back. Each time I call the hotel it was the same problem. The phone rang for a long time and I got transfer from one department to another. At one point I though this was to much, after all, all I wanted to do was to make a payment. I ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager, and they just hung up the phone. After few hours of trying and my frustration I called booking.com again, as the first time the associate was very pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately he went through the same experience as I did. He spoke with the same person that I spoke to, and again she fail to email the form to him so he could email it to me. At this point I gave up my effort and decided to wait until my friend got there.
