The incredible price for what you get. Poor housekeeping, leaking bathroom ceiling. The hotel is old and needs interior renovation |

The garden was so beautiful an some of the staff in the hosel was very kind to us and to everybody but not all of them. They should care about the customers more because once they register one customer for the stay they loose their hospitality which is not very good...Moreover the activities they promise in their advertisement is a big story that you ll hardly see in the stay... |

Was a goos resort but they have to improve a lot of things The rooms wasnt clean, they have to change me because the air conditioner was not working. The food its not that great! |

The hotel grounds (gardens) are very nice and the place is well maintained. The beach is great, and I play a lot of tennis, so I was happy. The tennis courts are not well maintained. I played on another hotel's courts. I think the hotel should maintain trash containers in front of their section of the beach. I didn"t like the trash on the beach. I also think there needs to be more activities for guests, expecially if you stay for more than 1 week. Just going to the beach can get old! |

I like the beach and the garden. The smell in the room and the bathroom tub. But the manager change us to another room. |

Me gusta mucho la seguridad y sus jardines impecables. El personal que labora alli es de calidad optima y muy servicial. He visitado el hotel en 6 ocasiones y volveria a visitarlo. No me gusta las camas....tienen colchones viejos e incomodos. |

gute und abwechlungsreiche Küche; saubere Zimmer, gute Arbeit der Animateure chaotische Arbeitweise an der Rezeption, vor allem wenn Gästeandrang; kein System in der Arbeit!; Mitarbeiter im Restaurant z.T. ohne Grundkenntnisse;; Wiederholungen im Animationsprogramm (3x M.Jackson-Show! in 15 Tagen); Kaffeeautomaten immer wieder defekt oder werden einfach von den Mitarbeitern nicht bedient |

el ambiente es agradable, la fachada exterior y el ambiente interior transmiten paz, y es propicio para el descanso, la cercania de la ciudad de santo domingo le favorece para los que, como yo, no nos gustan las carreteras, pero me gustaria agregar dos sugerencias 1- arreglar un poco el estado de las habitaciones, los baños estan en pesimas condiciones, las almohadas son incomodas, y el bufette deberia ser mas variado. si lograran mejorar esto ustedes tendrian un gran hotel, competitivo, porque tienen una excelente infraestructura en dos ocasiones me he hospedado en el hotel, y me he encontrado con las mismas situaciones: 1- habia una llave dañada botando agua constantemente, 2- las almohadas eran sumamente incomodas, 3- cuando entre a la habitacion no habia control remoto para la TV, lo solicite en recepcion y un joven me dijo que ya no habia controles, me queje con una jovencita muy agradable y le dije que era la segunda vez que me hospedaba en el hotel y me pasaba lo mismo, y le dije que habia hecho el comentario cuando reserve por email, y que esperaba que en esta ocasion me esperaran en la habitacion con un control de TV, la joven hizo la gestion para conseguir un control y a los 20 minutos llego un empleado a la habitacion con el control |

vicinanza il centro e alla spiaggia ,i buffet con tanta varietà , lo staff disponibile, adatto a chi non è molto esigente per le infrastrutture, sono adeguate al posto e al prezzo. la camera al di sotto della categoria letto scomodo,cuscini e lenzuola di ultima cat. bagno con perdita dal soffitto di acqua inutilizzabile, riparato alla fine giornata senza la pulizia finale, no è un resort di prima categoria....ma il prezzo è buono |

Esta situado en un lugar muy tranquilo, y es muy acojedor y alaves es el lugar ideal para descansar y olvidar el estress. Bueno para ser sincero, el personal del restaurante, no se si es que lo estoy comparando con otros hoteles pero nosotros salimos del Bavaro Princess en Bavaro y nos dirigimos al Dominican Bay y te cuento que la amabilidad y las atenciones que tre ofrecen en Bavaro, nos se pueden conparar con el Dominican Bay, los meseros/meseras todas serias y no estan atenta a las nesecidades del huesped. Lamento tener que decir esto, pero es la realidad. |
