I like the staf, they were very friendly. I also like the security in the hotel and the facilities like the gym and the pool.

The cleaner of the room started too early, around 8 am. Also, I did not like that I have to pay $30.00 for an umbrella in order to request an umbrella when is raining, so I was unable to walk to the Supermarket.

Huge rooms with 2 double beds. Very nice pool and outdoor area. Close to Parque Mirador.

Too many prestering bellboys trying to rip everyting looking like a bag off to get a few coins. The aircondition in the room stopped working twice the first day, but the repairman arrived after a few minutes both times. My VISA card got blocked by the bank after the reception tried several times to withdraw the same amount several times. The bathtube was rather small compared to the standard of the room, and water was guttering all over the bathroom when showering. I could easily hear what people in the next room was talking about, and what they did "after dark".

I didn't like the unclear discrepancies of the price eventually fluctuating higher at check out than the price originally shown on kayak. It was very high of a jump.

I took a day extra and they wanted 140$ online I could book for 80$ bud then they wanted to cheque out and give another room was just a blackmail to get the 140$

No wash towels available. Electric is 120v but only for 2 prong plugs ( need adaptor for a 3 prog plug )

- The breakfast buffet is more then just eggs and toast - Staff is helpfull and look for solutions with you - I don't know about fitness standards in the Dominican. The place and the machines looked alright for me though not cold enough - I was able to cancel after my first night without extra charges

- 50$ if you would like a guest to visit you, even for 5 minutes - The carpet is so dirty, I didn't want to walk barefoot - The same for the pillows. I was afraid I'd wake up as Two face Harvey - The airconditioning smelled faul. I wonder when they last cleaned it - OK, they are helpfull but I wouldn't say the same about kind. They look as though they might shoot you if you show up before 3 PM for check-in - Location - That swimming pool is so ridiculously deep, if you drown they're gonna have to call a scuba diver to get you back out. - I've been in 30$ airport motels in the US that were cleaner then this - Great! Another hotel where you can't close the curtains! - I was up till 2 AM chasing moths around the room - Somebody stop me, I could go on and on ...

Habitaciones muy grandes, zona tranquila y segura a 10 minutos del centro, instalaciones (gimnasio con maquinas muy modernas, pistas de futbol, tennis y baloncesto, sauna separada para hombres y mujeres, jacuzzis de agua caliente y fría, gran piscina con bar dentro!!!). Buena comida y buen espectáculo jueves y viernes con música en vivo en el lounge club que tienen en la ultima planta con vistas increíbles. En general calidad-precio es muy buena

El casino estaba cerrado por reformas hasta final de mes

que en esta pagina dan un precio Y legando al hotel dan uno mas alto de 858 usd Q aqui aparecia me cobraron 1200 usd. el buffet del restaurant es totalmente igual todos los dias.

Lo único bueno del hotel es el Restaurante

La atención es muy deficiente. Llegamos a la madrugada a hospedarnos, las habitaciones olían a cigarrillo, no soluciono el de la recepción. La caja fuerte no funcionaba, quedaron de cambiarlas al otro día, y no fue así, tuvimos nuestras cosas más de dos días atrapadas. La manera del personal de dirigirse al huésped es arrogante, de alguna manera grosera y muy poco cordial. Para ser un hotel cinco estrellas no está a la altura

der Pool und die Cocktails, diese waren bezahlbar und ganz lecker wenn auch in kleinen Gläsern!

- keiner konnte englisch sprechen - das zimmer zum Parkplatz gerichtet, sprich schlechte aussicht und regelmäßig ging ein alarmremix von ca 10 min. an auch nachts. -booking.com hat uns was den Preis und das Frühstück angeht in die irre geführt sprich wir hatten kein Frühstück und mussten auch noch mehr zahlen. -wir hatten am ersten Abend einen Bacon and cheese burger ohne zwibeln und tomaten aufs zimmer bestellt und bekamen einen burger ohne cheese und bacon dafür mit tomaten und zwiebeln. - am letzten abend haben wir das nochmal versucht mit zwei burgern ein cheese und ein bacon und cheese wie zuvor. bekamen ein bacon und cheese mit tomate und den cheese ohne tomate....haben das ganze zwei mal zurück geschickt sind dann selber runter und haben es aufgeschrieben dann kam es mit manager und einem anderen service menschen zwar richtig hoch allerdings war das burgerfleisch immer noch das selbe wie von den ersten burgern...lecker!!! bezahlen mussten wir das trotzdem noch -unseren O-Saft haben wir in einem Kaputten Glas serviert bekommen - die Sauna ....ha...ja die Sauna also die befindet sich dort wo das Fitnessstudio ist, durch eine Glaswand abgetrennt gibt es einen länglichen Flur and den enden die damen und herren umkleiden dazwischen eine Sauna für männer eine für frauen mini und ein dampfbad was nicht an war. in der mitte dann ein kleiner pool..also alles mini mini und ne frechheit. - ich sag mal so, das hotel hat keine 5 Sterne verdient!!!!

Hotel realmente confortável e com um lobby bastante luxuoso. A piscina, a sauna e a jacuzzi foram bastantes agradáveis. O restaurante também foi muito bem.

Pouca variedade de vinhos no restaurante.
