The hotel staff is very nice, the girls that work there are always smiling and try to help you. The restaurant is simple but good enough. If you are going to Dominicus or Bayahibe, and wont stay in an all inclusive. I strongly recommend this one.

Kind of far away from the beach. 10/15 minutes walking. The beachs are private, so the public beach is kind of small.

Pequeño, limpio, coqueto, tranquilo; personal muy atento en particular las chicas de la cafetería. El mejor café spresso de Dominicus sin duda. Precios razonables. Fueron muy amables al alargarme el late check out por un problema de transporte. La parada del bus a Bayahibe prácticamente al lado.

los pocos servicios que tienen no tienen disponibilidad de computadores.no hay servicios a la habitacion etc.y en el bar hay solo carta de comida italiana,le falta algo mas local comida dominicana.

La playa cercana es muy bonita y tranquila; se encuentra a 10 minutos andando del hotel. La piscina dispone de un bar que sirve comidas a precios económicos

Las tumbonas de la piscina son un poco viejas

Muy buena atención de la recepción (Lucía,Cessarina, Yahaira) y en la cafetería ( Sheyla, Felicia). Café muy bueno estilo italiano. Ambiente familiar y de relajación. Lo recomiendo para parejas y con niños pequeños.

L'hotel est beau et a une piscine agréable. Ideal pour un passage dans le coin mais pas un long sejour.

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix. Le personnel n'est pas accueillant et ne fait aucun effort lorsque l'on parle mal l'espagnol. Les chambres n'ont qu'une fenetre donc la chambre est mal aérée. L'hotel est bruyant (Rue et Restaurant). Pour aller a la plage attendez vous a marcher car la cote est bouchée par les grands hotels all inclusives !!

The hotel is located right next to 4 major resorts on gorgeous Dominicus Beach -- especially Viva Dominicus Beach and Viva Dominicus Palace. The hotel is not on the beach but guests have access to a very small section of the beach reserved for the public. I actually stayed there because I had friends that were staying at Viva Dominicus Palace but was not able to book there because it was already full. I bought a day pass to Viva Dominicus Palace and slept at Hotel El Eden. Thus, the El Eden was ideally located for my purposes. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff were reasonably friendly and efficient, but as it is a budget establishment, you should not expect lavish service. For my purposes, I found the the hotel to be a bargain.

There is no curfew, but there is no front desk help from 11:00pm to 8:00am. So if something happens -- such as forgetting your key, or needing to check out in a hurry -- you are out of luck.

The rooms are basic but clean. Well-kept garden and pool area. Nice bar/restaurant with good pizzas. Pleasant, family atmosphere. Friendly staff. Most of the residents were middle-aged or elderly Italians, hence it felt a bit like being in Italy. I would definately recommend this hotel if you don't want to go all-inclusive. There are some good restaurants in Dominicus.

The view from the rooms at the back isn't very pleasant. Ask for a room at the front overlooking the garden and pool. There is a 10-15 minute walk to the public beach as the closest beach area is taken up by the Viva Wyndham Resort. There were chickens close to the hotel and the roosters started the day early... However, this wasn't a major issue.

Little ants in the bathroom.From the outside, the hotel is quite pleasant. Once you go into the room, though, the quality drops precipitously. To use the safe, you needed to give a deposit of 1500 pesos! Couldn't pay by credit card at bar/restaurant. Owned by an Italian so quite a few Italian guests and the tv on in Italian too much for my taste.

Molto rumoroso, si sente ogni minimo rumore la struttura e la camera sono abbastanza fatiscenti. Finestre sgangherata luci malfunzionanti. Spero che si trovi di meglio in giro, se potete evitate. Very noise each sound come inside the room. Old structure with many structural problem for example window broken hot water come and go costantly etc.. We suggest to choice something better.
