Clean, parking and wifi. Breakfast had great options. Pool was a nice respite after a day at the beach.

The sheets were a bit too small for the bed and kept falling off. Nights could be warm with just the fan.

The location and staff are wonderful and very helpful. Great having a pool to cool off in as well as the nice breakfast to start the day. Our fan was more than sufficient to cool down the room, and we enjoyed hot water as well in the shower.

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable, to the point where it was difficult to sleep.

    - Extremely close to the beaches and the city center of Las Terrenas - Very nice and welcoming staff - To organize your trip and excursions, "Cathy" the hotel co-owner is here to help you and provide her good advice - Good value for money - A LOT of French people (as everywhere in Las Terrenas), but I don't know if it is a good or bad point ^^ as I am French too!

Good breakfast. Breakfast staff not particularly friendly. Owner contacted me re my complaints.

Bathroom door extremely hard to open for me ..I am a senior citizen. Was told door has to remain closed for the a/c to work.. True or not true...

Everything was perfect: location, breakfast, friendliness of the owner. A place you will want to come back.

Not related to the hotel: if you forgot to take anti-Moskito sprays with you, they will kill you.

Very cosy hotel with very kind staff! Nice details and beautiful garden / surroundings!

A bit nosy due to the open windows with bug / mosquito net. The 3 person room has limited privacy, when one is using the toilet, due the open room structure.

Excellent breakfast was included which we didn't know when we booked. Proprietress very nice to deal with. Husband speaks a little English but really wasn't a problem. Very nice distance from beach just far enough to be quiet.

Little bit hard to find if not used to area.

Nice quaint hotel, clean with nice kitchenette facilities available for guests' use. Nice security system, swimming pool and friendly staff. Good breakfasts too. Rooms are simple but in excellent condition, what you would expect for someone going to a beach resort. Hotel is a rather recent construction, less than 10 years.

A little more choice in cereals for breakfast, there was only one type of cereal. We brought our own additional cereal to complement our breakfast.

Our family really enjoyed to stay, and wish could stay longer. We especially like the room we stayed and also the service provided. The manager was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

The coffee was not hot, just warm.

Very nice, well-maintaned and clean hotel. Swimming-pool, however small is a great option for the evenings or morning refreshment. Location very good - close to the center, however enough far away from the main road so that you don't hear the noise of motorbikes etc. Owners speak only French and Spanish, so if you are looking for some tips & recommendations and you speak only English, it might be a problem to communicate.
