Excellente situation du complexe hotelier, jardins, piscines et bord de mer. Club enfants très dynamique et bien encadré. Personnel trés attentionné. Nourriture de bonne qualité et varié. Calme et relaxation. Sanitaires en mauvais état, réguliers manques d'eau chaude, même au spa, pression faible dans les sallles de bains (une heure pour remplir le jacuzzi de la chambre....en eau juste tiède, moteur du jacuzzi en pannne, jamais réparé).

La gentillesse de tout le personnel. Les psicines, la proximité de la plage. Atmosphère famille avec enfants, mais calme et très confortable. Variété des restaurants, qualité de la nourriture. Grand complexe aux activitées variées. Pression de l'eau dans les chambres, manque régulier d'eau chaude font douter de la classification 5 étoiles. Plomberie et sanitaires à la limite du convenable pour un établissement de cette catégorie.

Organisation des hôtels et restaurants du complexe, services annexes, personnel et proximité de la plage de Bavaro. Réguliers manques d'eau chaude dans les chambres, faible pression d'eau, y compris au spa. Plomberie dégradée. Pas du niveau d'un cinq étoiles.

O complexo do Palladium é enorme, e sua estrutura é muito bem organizada. Quem está acompanhado pode passar o dia inteiro fazendo atividades, se quiser. O lugar é muito arborizado, limpo e bem cuidado. O buffet tem a maior variedade entre os hotéis que estive em Punta Cana e são várias as opções para jantar. é um excelente hotel, com bom custo benefício e funcionários amáveis, dispostos a ajudar sempre que solicitado. A praia é bonita, mas não tão indicada para quem está com crianças, porque tem ondas. A rede wifi funciona bem, mas apenas no lobby (foi informado antes, mas considero um contra). é um complexo muito grande, e apesar de ter um transporte interno eficiente as coisas ficam distantes uma das outras (devido ao fato de ser grande, claro). Os travesseiros no quarto em que fiquei não eram bons, mas era oferecido um menu ao preço de us$3 por dia. Faltou apenas um menu dos canais da televisão. O hotel é excelente, e essas são apenas algumas observações.

As instalações são excelentes, bem como a localização e estrutura de lazer. A agilidade do atendimento dos empregados não é a ideal. A troca de uma lâmpada queimada no lavabo demorou dois dias. Com alguma frequência foi necessária pedir a reposição dos produtos de higiene e de bebidas do frigobar. Por último, o mais grave foi a total falta de água em todo o complexo em duas situações, inclusive no dia do check out, o que atrasou a nossa saída do hotel. A regularização foi demorada, após reclamação junto ao setor de relações públicas do hotel.

é tranquilo, confortável e tem boas opçoes de entretenimento. A logistica para repor as toalhas de praia é ruim. Segundo o responsável isso ocorre todos os dias. Precisam melhorar isso, ainda mais que sabem que no inicio da tarde ocorre a falta todos os dias.

La playa es muy bonita. Pero las habitaciones están muy alejadas. No tienen suficientes piscinas y el personal es en general poco dispuesto e ineficiente. Muy mal servicio. En 4 noches nunca pudimos cenar en los restaurantes a la carta pues habia que esperar más de 1 hora!. Solo pudimos comer buffet. El personal de recepción es lamentable e ineficiente, no resuelven los problemas . En general el personal parece carecer de incentivos hasta para sonreir!

La playa es hermosa y la vegetación muy bonita. El personal no es agradable, no sonríe y suele no resolver los problemas. Hay excepciones pero en general no me sentí bien recibido. Jamas pudimos cenar en los restaurantes a la carta de especialidades pues había que esperar más de 1 hora!! Pesimo sistema de comidas.

Las instalaciones del Hotel y la calidez de su personal. La variedad de restaurantes a la carta es otro punto a destacar. El check-in fue una pesadilla, demoro 40 minutos y no encontraban mi reserva. No habia orden. Finalmente salio todo bien.
