We stayed at the privilege suite and we loved it. We love the room service, the hotel and the room. The hotel staff was just amazing. They made sure that our stay was the best. Their entertainers by the pool were very good. They danced with us and taught us how to dance to their music. We have been to different hotels and countries and because of the people this vacation was the best of all.

Praia e restaurante La Bodegon Atendimento do Hotel deixa muito a contento. Funcionários desorganizados, demoram no atendimento, não são treinados e preparados para serem solicitos e agéis no atendimento ao cliente. São muitas vezes ríspidos. Desde a recepção até o restaurante. Acomodação tem móveis judiados e colchão gasto nas camas.Eu não recomendo Hotel para quem busca conforto. Pois as pessoas que estiveram conosco também se estressaram. O complexo é bom. Mas o atendimento, funcionamento do hoel é nota 5.
