La disponibilità ed efficienza del personale, la praticità dell'hotel, la posizione molto comoda, la colazione, la camera arredata anche con stile.

Se proprio si vuol fare un appunto.... le tovaglie per la colazione non vengono cambiate quindi usando i tavoli già utilizzati da altri clienti ci si trova la tovaglia sporca, basterebbe una sovratovaglia da sostituire o tovagliette usa e getta per dare un'immagine diversa.

Posizione ottima, nel cuore della città. Buffet colazione di buon livello

The staff. Very friendly. The rooms were small but comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay there. Situated on el conde. Near shops and restaurants. Really nice experience there.

1-Room & bedroom smaller than photos in ad showed 2.Bed matres BAD-I checked out for this reason 3-no chair in room or desk for bus. work 4- wifi didnot work-didn't matter-see item 3 5-not value for price paid-I moved and did 30% lower for better room

Most impressive, the staff was very accomodating and friendly, even when I had accidentally booked a single room for 3 people. Otherwise, the rooms were pretty, comfortable and clean with plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was delicious.

This is probably out of the hotel's control, but the local merchants aggressively approached us every single time we left the building.

Everything was perfect during my stay. The service the kindness of the employees nothing to be complaint.

I've had pleasure of staying @ the Hodelpa for the past eight years. The staff is wonderful especially Jovannie and Ramon they're like family. I would not stay in any other place.

The room was beautiful. The food was good, although expensive. The included breakfast was appreciated. The location is great - close to historical places I wanted to visit.

The shower fell apart. The bed made noise. We did not need the other small bed. I didn't understand about the optional maid service. I said no and they came in anyway.

Must spend more time with attention to cleaning baths. Hair many places not my own. Cigar Smoking on the terrace at breakfast.

1) It's situated in very noisy area until midnight it's impossible to sleep 2) small rooms but they got maximum from small space

Location and age of hotel-Corridor was too small-leaving safety issues unresolved

Located 1 block from the main pedestrian only road (El Conde) and close distance to all Museums

Noise (the Isabela la Catolica road is quite noisy with traffic and music (until 3 AM on satudays). Request a room in the back (even if it faces the garage)

I loved the fact that the staffs were sooo helpful and nice.I could not speak an iota of spanish but it still dnt make ant diff to me cz the staffs made everything easy for me.they tried to break the language barrier link and the best of all is that the hotel was 100percent safe.I loved everybit of it.the breakfast was lovely.I loved it all

They would not give me a discount after moving me into a smaller room for the night because the room I originally booked had cockroaches. The next day they gave me a clean nice room. I was disappointed that they would not do a price reduction. There are many good hotels in the area and because of this one factor, I will stay somewhere else next time. However I would recommend it because they have some really cool rooms

Very well located in Colonial area of Santo Domingo, excellent breakfast and lunch in the restaurant, nice and helpful staff. The room was small but nicely decorated and the WiFi speed and quality amazing.The parking was also very useful for us in the city center. Only to reccomand it!

The air conditioning is a bit too loud and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, probably because it is an old building.

Great location in down town. Very reasonable price. Nice little restaurant and bar. Friendly staff.
