Great staff; I dropped my earring in the sink and they sent up a maintenance man and he retrieved it, it was clear he didn't even expect a tip (although I gave him one). Comfortable beds, good water pressure, good food in restaurant, very clean, affordable especially for value.

Hotel was near the city core easy access to restaurants and night life. Casino was right in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

Did not get my wake up call in the morning.

Staff was not welcoming. Lacked interpersonal skills. There just to do a job. Lots of street noise day and night. Lock on safe didn't work; was allowed to change my room. Breakfast wasn't that good.

The staff was great. Very friendly and responsive to your needs. There breakfast was excellent and room cleaners were very cooperative.

The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is don't touch the items in the fridge, they will charge you an arm and leg for those items!!! I learned my lesson!

I like the location in the center of the city.

I loved how it was my first trip to that part of the country since im from the capital but the staff from front desk(thank u over night crew and morning shift!). Loved the cleaniness, staff always helpful and attentive, loved breakfast as i spent many morning with my 3 yr old daughter. There was free available parking whiched i loved since parking was sometimes challenging in such a wonderful city compared to ny. Definately nice comfy beds felt almost like home and the view of the monument was amazing, nightlife in the area was lively and im talking about dancing till 5am and tones of food spots just depends on taste. Free car washing definately a plus!Dear Mr Yearwood i think it be in the best interest for my career to be transfered out of this walgreens. Reason i havent learned anything since Ms. Blades has been here, im suppose to be training to be a manager but feel more like a personal secretary. Things i need to learn im not showed or told to "figure it out" 3 by 3 walk isnt done cause she doesnt schedual the time for "us to walk the store". Im suppose to write out the notes for the store and run the store but theres constant interference from her instead of guiding as i would assume is the proper roll of the store manager. How can i assume responsibility if im not given the oppurtunity to, as you instructed to. Im fustrated and need a teacher to get to the next level not fly with emotion and attitude to the staff as you once said bring excitment to the store but thats not the case as i may freely speak for the staff (Engagement!) I use to love coming to work everyday and now ive been trapped working for the talented jerk as Mr Jeff Rein once called it.

The gym was the only area that i considered to be in need of an upgrade and definately an olympitcal machine

Very clean hotel and the staff was very helpful and professional. I will stay there again on my next trip. Breakfast was very good and they offered lots of services that help out travelers.

The service when asked to fix problems with room is non-existent, there is no internet as stated, the inclusive breakfast is by far the worst I could ever imagine, It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I travel year round,

very comfortable, great location and excellent staff. highly recommended.

Un hôtel con muy buena ubicacion, su personal es muy atento y sus instalaciones tienen lo necesario para una buena y comoda estancia. El restaurante prepara unos platillos gourment muy deliciosos!!

Location is good, bed comfortable. I book deluxe room and frankly i expected more. Actual place not as nice as pictures. Room looked like it was a balcony converted to room and the balcony fence never removed!! Will not return. Only good thing is bed is comfortable. Deluxe room VERY SMALL!

Room size, bathroom, room looks like a balcony converted to bedroom. Ate Filet Mignion for dinner, frankly worst MEAT EVER. Old hotel in center. Fridge was locked! Only got 1 small bottle water for 4 days.

I specifically requested a King bed away from the traffic and noise and paid a price for that. When we got there we were given a queen bed room with no other options, street front with a lots of traffic and people noise including gun shots that woke us up in the early morning hours and the hot water had to run for minutes wasting gallons of precious water before we got any hot water for our showers. I would never stay there again. Although the staff was wonderful and it was not their fault that what we got was not what we paid for.

They made weird charges to our credit card after we left which we need to contact them about.

City streets a bit intimidating. Room had no window but was still comfortable.
