The location is right beside the beach. The shower and bathroom facilities were below average.

Cuando uno llega a un hotel no espera no encontrar inconvenientes, lo importante es que si estos se presenten el hotel tenga la disposición para resolverlos. En el kite beach hotel encontré lo que buscaba y la actitud correcta por parte del hotel para solucionar cualquier inconveniente. El hotel esta en una ubicación envidiable y cuenta con unas instalaciones muy completas. Deben mejorar algunos temas de mantenimiento que una vez superados harán de la estadía en este lugar una experiencia memorable. A pesar de lo anterior sin duda volvería al hotel y lo recomendaría a mis conocidos.

A localização para a prática do kite. Sim, a camareira que limpa os quartos entra sem permissão a qualquer hora e sempre estamos desprevinido. Seria necessário que tivesse o cartão da porta de "não pertube", coisa que eles não tem.

La habitación que nos dieron es una cuatro paredes con ventilador y cucarachas que suben al lado de la cama. Cuando pido que me cambien de habitacion, me dicen que hay que pagar un suplemento de 25 $ ....y cuando dijimos que nos ibamos del hotel, nos dicen que nos cobraran igual las dos noches!!! ai que nos vimos "obligados" a pagar los 25 $ ya que la excusa de que la habitacion este sucia y con cucarachas es que "Estamos en el caribe y no europa" .... Lo siento Sra Janina, ya estuve en varios hoteles del caribe

La ubicación es muy buena con una playa bonita y tranquila. Las facilidades para hacer kite También El servicio y la comida son regulares. Pedimos un tipo de habitación y nos dieron otra.

The location is great as it's right on the beach front. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice and the hotel is quiet , a good place to relax. The beach bar area needed more atmosphere, there was no background music and not enough seating areas for us.

No bucket for ice. No cup or glass, even plastic one in the room. No drinking water. Light bulb burned out. Ungracious manager. Almost fall down a few time in the lobby. Internet connection is not possible in the room. The manager made us feel like we were the second class guests. She was quite ungracious after we request a room change. Stingy on the towel. Safety deposit box had been broken for a long time from the look of it. Staff were unfriendly and some what ignorant. The motel 6 in the usa provide more for the money. This feel like the third world hotel.

Breakfast included, close to the ocean, kite clubs left & right 50 m Really "tired" looking rooms, things nt working in rooms like dryer, air conditioning, sink choked etc. Definitely not worth the prices asked. 7% additional "tax" when paying with a credit card.
