Location was great. Lovely walking beach for miles. Friendly staff that responded immediately to all of our needs. Delicious breakfast each morning.

    Very little English spoken.

That there were bed bugs or fleas in the beds and we woke up completely full of bites. Rooms are dark when windows are shut.

Little nice quiet hotel right on the coast - great view. Clean area, clean, not crouded beach. Every day room kleaning. Lovely atmosphere at lobby-restaurant. Frendly staff.

Nobody speaks English at all. Unstable WiFi, only at lobby and rooms close to it. Quite difficult to get to the city (shops, ATM, pharmacy etc.) without private car or knowing of spanish language. Maybe that was only in my room, but there was no TV(actually we didn't need it, anyway it was a surprise), and, the hardest thing, the toilet(bathroom) was literally in room space, deviding wall and door were only about 2 meters high, taking in account that triangle roof was about 3,5 meters. Nothing really critical, but should better know.

The ocean view from all rooms is stunning. Every night we fell asleep to the roar of the waves. Nice restaurant is relatively inexpensive. Breakfast time is whenever you feel like it.

None of the employees spoke any English at all. Presence of hot water was a bit arbitrary. No credit cards accepted. No deck/sun chairs

This place was gorgeous and very fairly priced considering how spectacular the view was. I would definitely go back.

If you want to be close to Playa Bonita, this hotel is a great choice for those with a moderate budget. You can walk to the point and into Playa Bonita and pay far less than many of the other hotels on this strip.

This hotel is a distance from town and travel by taxi was $20-30 US or $5 each way by motococho (motorcycle taxi). The staff were excellent, but the manager was unreliable in securing tours and transportation.

To be franc I choose this hotel because the other ones of my usual selection where full. I was quite septic after reading the last month comments on the web. Very surprisingly the hotel was much better than expected. I really think that this hotel deserve much better remarks. Obviously this hotel is the victim of indelicate client (or someone else I don’t know) who wish the worst for its future. I live in the Caribbean since 15 years traveling twice a month in different countries of the region, and I have to admit that in this range of price it is one of my favorite place. The room is very nice with enough space and of very good taste. The location is unique, directly on the beach and the restaurant is very affordable and good and the breakfast perfect, at last for us (my wife and our little man of 3 year old). We didn’t perceived any of the criticisms mentioned within the last semester. We had hot water, the ac was working, etc... This hotel will be from now one of our favorite in la terrenas.

I don’t know who is the owner, I don’t know if he is particularly bad tempered or got any strong enemies, but frankly wht I didn't like are the very negative non-adapted “client” observations. My only problem was the non-working wifi most of the time of the four dys we spent there.

The location and the food in the restaurant

The property was unkempt, and they do not accept visa or master card. All transactions have to be in cash.

    The location is good

The rooms are bare minimum, barely clean, towels are really old and you just get 2 per room, no beach towel or anything, the grass has a lot of dog poop, the breakfast consists of greasy eggs and fruit which is not even very good. If it would be 30 dollars a night cheaper it would be a fair deal for your money.
